When I booked through the red bus I selected the boarding point at ginger hotel, mumbai Pune Highway. But the bus operator told to me to board from the wakad location in front of indion oil petrol pump.

Did not receive refund

Dear sir,
I travel from chandrapur to Nagpur on dt 19th July 2025 @ 11.30 am.
I make online payment of ticket using paytm but conductor says there is some issue and he did not get payment. However payment of Rs 414 was deducted from my paytm. Conductor gave me helpline no and email ID.
My email got returned saying not in service and also helpline no, there is no option for refund.
Today I went to Nagpur bus station...

Nathjal bottle charged at Rps 20

I am complaining about the mis management at the level of stations and depot managers

Sir, Self and my wife travelled on 22/Dec 24 from Pune to Mumbai. The staff at the enroute stations should be more polite with the customers. This is stop at Aundh. They are arrogant and though they are doing nothing just sitting on mobiles, yet they feel and show they are very busy. Timings of the busses at various stations enroute should be clearly displayed. This would vary by a couple of minutes depending on the traffic.

2 hours late Mumbai Central to Satara Shivshahi at 10.10 pm till 12.00 bus not come on 20.12.2024

Booked my ticket online for bus Mumbai Central to Satara on 20.12.2024 . Scheduled arrival at Dadar at 10.10 pm ( 20.12.2024) but bus not reached till 11.55 pm.

Standing for 2 hours . It's terrific experience.

Very bad experience. What's the use to book ticket online with extra charges . MaSRTC should compensate

    Dear MSRTC Team,

    First of all, I am not expecting this type of pathetic service given to customers by MSRTC. Writing this email because today I faced a lot of issues with my travelling.

    Issue :
    1. I booked my ticket via the MSRTC official app on[protected]:07:04 PM.
    Schedule date is[protected]:09:00 PM
    Route : Boisar to Narsobawadi
    Boarding point : Virar Phata

    2. I reached the boarding point before time and waited for an hour. Bus has to reach at least by 07:30 PM unfortunately there is no route update.

    3. After waiting 45 minutes I decided to contact the toll free number [protected] but the call was not getting connected.

    4. I have gone through MSRTC websites and tried below numbers but no response.
    Dc ST Palghar - Ajit Gaikwad - [protected]
    Boisar bus depot Manager - [protected]
    Mumbai Central ST depot (Sachin) - [protected]
    MSRTC - Software support - [protected]
    All above numbers I got from complaint hub and MSRTC website.

    5. Finally I decided to go back home and after reaching home I received a call from Mr. Devendra Shelar (may be bus conductor) [protected] at around 09:00 PM and he informed me that the bus departed from Boisar depot. I have updated him that I am going to cancel this travel ticket due to your issues. Unfortunately I am not able to cancel this ticket because it's in progress.

    I am really disappointed due to the poor service by the Boisar depot and this is not the first time. In Dec 2023, me and my family faced this similar issue with the same depot on the Boisar-Shirdi route. The reason was the same. The bus was 1.30 hrs late due to the breakdown.

    Requesting you to, please check this issue on priority cause this is a pathetic service provided by the MSRTC Boisar depot and customers are panicking due to their issues or miscommunications. You can proceed for my refund, if possible.

    I am attaching my MSRTC booking ticket with this email and complaint number which I raised from Grievance Redressal System. As a citizen, I am expecting a positive response on this e-complaint.

    I aware MSRTC never respond such type of complaint, because they already received money in their account. They never accept their mistake but still I need answer on my highlighted point which I faced.

          It pains to bring to your kind notice about the rude behaviour of Mr. Rajendra Marathe on asking the documents of my special child (Disable kid) Mst. Soham Prafulla Walhe

          My son Mst. Soham Prafulla Walhe is special child (Suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder with 99% hearing loss) certified by medical officer health vide his UUID No.MH [protected].

          Copy of the certificates are enclosed for your kind perusal.

          My self my wife and son was travelling on bus no MH 20 BL 3517 from Chalisgaon to Dhule on 26th May 2024 at around 7.00am from Chalisgaon.

          While boarding the ticket we have shown Mr. Rajendra Marathe all his certificates and UUID issued by Dept of Maharashtra in order to get the concession fory son and as a gurdian for myself.

          Mr. Marathe argued us that guardians can not be concessioned as we do not have any concession form. Just for your information we are getting the concession at Railways and Air ticket bookings also while travelling to other states we use to get the concession on same IDs but Mr. Marathe was adamant on seeking the document we requested him many times and showed all evidences without success.

          He was firm on his decision informing us that his superior will take action against him. He alsoentioned that we should carry the file of our son having all documents.

          Sir, Undersigned is also working in Central Government (Department of Commerce govt of India) I requested him that we will explain this situation to his superior whenever they ask but he was not in position to listen and asked us to pay full ticket amount of guardian to him.

          Anyways we have no option but to buy the ticket.

          We request the concern depot manager to councel Mr. Rajendra Marathe not to harass the passengers of disable kids seeking all documents for sale of small amount.

          This rude behaviour of Mr. Marathe caused us a mental truma and unnecessary harrassment

          We request you to acknowledge this mail and take serious action against such conductors.

          I am ready to confront this situation in front of Marathe in presence of your superior of State transport department. I am available on +91 [protected].

            Dear MSRTC Customer Service,

            I hope this email finds you well. My name is Aniket Raju Gotmare, and I recently booked a ticket on your website for a journey from Pahur (Jamner) to New Shivaji Nagar Pune. The booking details are as follows:

            Ticket no: 2502631
            Date of Travel: 23rd May
            Boarding Time (as mentioned on the ticket): 21:10

            However, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided. On the day of travel, the bus arrived at Pahur (Jamner) at 10:30, which is significantly later than the scheduled time. To my dismay, the bus did not even stop at the designated spot (Pahur), despite my efforts to catch it. I also contacted the Jalgaon bus depot at the number [protected], but the response was unsatisfactory.

            Given the inconvenience caused, I kindly request a full refund of Rs. 785, which I paid for the ticket. I have attached a copy of my e-Reservation Ticket for your reference.

            I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution. Please let me know the next steps for processing the refund.

              I travelled on 20 May 2024 from Swarget to Kolhapur by Shivshahi bus no MH6 BW0197 at 8 am from Swarget it brokedown at Pargaon reason gear not operating it reached Kolhapur at 3pm.
              2) on 21 May 024 I travelled from Kolhapur by Shivneri which started from Kolhapur at 12:45 pm and brokedown at Nagthane MSRTC authorised hotel before Satar reason cooling failed
              I suffered breakdown on both the ways in my Pune - Kolhapur so failure rate being 100 percent I will suggest don't allow the bus to operate wihout maintenance certificate
              I demand full refund of ticket I paid 500+525
