        I have booked an MSRTC ticket from the official MSRTC website.

        Bus booking details are as follows:
        Islampur to Mumbai Central
        Date of Journey: 25/03/2023
        Date of Booking:24/03/2023.
        Boarding from: Satara
        Alighting to: Mumbai Central
        Seat number:17, 18

        I have completed the payment of Rs.600.00 using Paytm. I have attached is a screenshot for your reference.

        After payment, the website is directly got redirected to the home page instead of showing ticket details. I have not received a ticket on my mobile number as well as email id. Please refund it to me immediately, please.

            Address:Nashik

            Today I have traveled from nashik to kasara by MSRTC bus no MH 14 BT 5004 at 6.15 am. Conductor of bus took rs 145 from me whereas the fair from nashik to kasara for female passenger is only rs 70. Conductor took rs 70 from some of other female passengers but charged me more. It is also to mention that bus reached late at kasara due to which local train from kasar to csmt missed

              They told us that bus not stop at gurukunj mozari but the bus has stop mozari and bus type is local,
              Bus name is akot-nagpur
              The has already mozari departed people and they can say us that bus not stop at that depo

              My earlier complaint I have not given to me a follow back

              We are waiting bus past 45 min and that time they told us that ..

              Plz... Take some descision

                  On[protected] the msrtc bus which should arrive at 8:30 pm was not arrived and the other msrtc drivers their said the bus cancelled we waited for 10 pm that night even bus didn't came nd we went through other bus as it was late, so as the bus cancelled we went to msrtc counter at vita depot for ticket money nd submitted the ticket their they enquired with atpadi depot and informed us that the bus was arrived on time but it wasn't as we waited for nearly 2 hours and they refused to give the ticket money

                      Hi Team,

                      I was booking ticket in MSRTC portal, my 1st transaction was done, money debited but ticket not generated. so i was tried from mobile App of MSRTC again same issue that money debited but ticket not generated. I have received 1st transaction refund amount which i have done from billdesk payment gateway but i have not received refund of 2nd transaction which is done from Paytm gateway.

                          I have booked bus for 12.46 pm from pune.
                          After waiting for 2 hrs there is no sign for bus or any tracking update.
                          Highly disappointed and lowest quality service provided by shivshahi bus support.

                          I want my ticket refund.

                            This is 4th of March 6.30am bus swargate to Alibaug. conductor said whole bus is full by reservation but I will adjust your seat just give me 100 rs extra.we were seating on jeshtha nagrik seat which was not reserved.
                            We refused to give extra money.
                            At nigadi 2 old ladies came and he offered our seat to them which was ok to us as they were older so we gave our seat no. 7 and 8.
                            The question is if we would have given the extra money to conductor how he is going to adjust our seats?
                            The bus was really full or not?
                            At start only he should tell which seat is full and which is not

                              The amount was deducted from my HSBC Bank throw internet banking (3rd party is Paytm) but the ticket was not booked .

                              Also the ticket is not available in My Tickets.

                                1. When I take ticket from Vashi to Pune, the price is 460.00, but in return when I purchase ticket from Pune to Vashi, it is 515.00. How two different rates can be for same journey, same route and same bus.

                                2. 1st Bus moved from Pune at 5.15 takes diesel which take too much time resulting there is inordinate delay and it get the purpose of doing journey at high price. We left Pune at 5.15 and reached Vashi 9.00 around 4 hours which is too hight time. Normally we may highest price because of expectation of timely journey. We can understand traffic which is not in hand of anybody, but time in taking diesel on account of passengers is at all not justified.

                                The ticket for to and fro journey should be same and filling diesel on time and cost of passengers should be stopped. At least 1st bus leaving Pune should have diesel in tank.
