Government — refund of counseling fee of various exam

Respected sir/mam,
I would like to make you aware of how government looting the youth. Whether students are getting their jobs or admission or not but every time gov. Got their profit.
In railway 2018 exam students were asked for 500rs and 400rs was refundable if candidate appears in exam but they are refunding money back nor replying to answer on websites.
Cpmt 2016, the exam was cancelled and neet exam was introduced. Cpmt 2016 application fees was 5000rs but no one get their refund.
B. Ed counseling 2019 students were asked to 5750rs and 5000rs was refundable. But they are not issuing any noticification on refunding money to students. There are numbers of complaints on their website but they are not responding.
There are lots of case of looting to students by government.
I request you print it on paper as to make aware to gov and public.
