Government — rude behaviour of bmtc conductor

On 6th september 2018 my son gurukaran (aged 28 years suffering from 80% cerebral palsy) was waiting for bmtc bus at udipalya bus stop. Bmtc bus bearing no. Ka1570 (gabbadi to banashankari) arrived at 5 pm. Though my son requested to stop, it was stopped some 250 feet away. However my son karan with much difficulty managed to board the bus. But the conductor was yelling at my son saying that why you are late despite your hands and legs are intact..!! he dont know that they are not co ordinating due to his nervous i.E., cerebral palsy problem...

Even while alighting at gubbalala gate bus stop, despite request, conductor stopped it some 300 feet away from the stop forcing my son karan to face much hardship. Due to this rude behaviour of the conductor, he is shocked and very much annoyed.

Please warn and initiate disciplinary action against the bmtc conductor of bus no. Ka 1570 for his rude behaviour. Educate him to behave politely with differently abled passengers pl.
