Government — rude behaviour of conductor

I m travelling from jalandhar to jammu. When i reached jalandhar bus stand, the conductor of bus no 078860 telling lie to me when i ask him is this the last bus for jammu he says yes but bus goes upto lakahanpur and immediately without my concern he taken out ticket and told me give money when i said i never told you to book my ticket then he says, now you have to take ticket and you have to pay and he started fighting with me. Then i pay him and i ll never think to travel in punjab roadways. Such a stupid conductor.
