I am filing a formal complaint regarding the gross misconduct of bus conductor atma ram (conductor no. pc 132) on punbus bus no. 3063, amritsar depot 2. while traveling from amritsar to jalandhar on[protected], the conductor behaved rudely, used abusive language, and mistreated me despite my status as a person with a disability. when i presented my valid punjab government disability pass, he refused to honor it, falsely claimed it was invalid...

I was travelling from Hoshiarpur to Chandigarh on[protected]. It was really bad and inconvenience experience for me. Conductor refused to accept adhar card. He kept me waiting and at the end when just 2 seats were left I told him again but he denied . And finally I have him the money then he gave me the ticket. This is very unfair. He was giving tickets to those only who were giving money. Kindly take this into inconsideration and I want my full refund. Bus no- PB07CA3612. Departure time from Hoshiarpur-14:40. I complaint against the conductor of this bus today i reached to take a bus from chd 43 but conductor is denied me to travel in the bus from Chandigarh to ropar . He said that the Ropar bus stop is not included in his ticket list . He misbehaved with me and told to me i am not allowed to travel in this bus . I informed to u firstly he is without his uniform and his beheviour is totally arrogant and abusing . He is also targeted to me to say with words ke you are not travel in this bus plz change this conducter from this route so can another passenger is not faced issue like this

I am writing to you today to complain about the rude behavior of a bus conductor on your Punjab roadways bus. The bus was to go from Amritsar to jammu.I had to go to gurdaspur.The bus had arrived at Batala on 05/06/2024] at 8:30 A.m But The conductor was very rude to me and to other passengers. He refused to enter me at bus. and same thing has happened to me in evening time at 6:15 pm on dated 05th.june.2024. (by same bus and same conductor) at gurdaspur bye pass.Conducter has boarded all male passenger in bus.He was very rude to me and one of my friend as well. He has refused to enter me at bus and stating the comment on us that if we want to travel into the bus, He will charge the fare whether we had identity proof like aadhar or voter card.He has misbehaved with us.Please shed the light on this matter because I have been travelling from batala to gurdaspur every day from last seven years.I am so disappoint to see this kind of rude behaviour.Please take action against this mention matter.I hope you consider this matter as soon as possible.

I was trying to sit in the bus of chintpurni from Jalandhar bus stand as I have to go to Hoshiarpur. But conductor didn’t allow me to sit in the bus and asked me to go in private buses standing there. He said that we don’t have time. I said that people are sitting in the bus then he said in abusive way we don’t have time. If you want to go to Hoshiarpur don’t sit in this bus go in private buses. Bus goes from Jalandhar bus stand to chintpurni but they don’t allowed me to sit in that bus. Bus approximate time is around 9 in the morning. Being female the way he disrespected me is very bad I felt humiliated. Even if you don’t want us to go in that bus you can politely decline but the conductor humiliated me in front of everyone. Kindly provide me email id for further complaint and complaint no.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by the staff on one of your buses this morning. I boarded the bus with ticket number 299734 at 7:12:38 AM, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, as I was boarding the bus, the driver proceeded to drive away before I could fully enter, causing my bag to get stuck in the window. This forced me to run alongside the moving bus to ensure I could enter safely, creating an unnecessary and unsafe situation.

Additionally, when it came time for me to disembark, the bus stopped half a kilometer away from the regular stop, inconveniencing not only me but other passengers as well. It seems that the staff is not considering the convenience and safety of passengers during their journeys.

Furthermore, there is a general lack of responsiveness from the staff when passengers inquire about the timings of different stoppages. This lack of communication creates confusion and frustration among passengers, making the overall travel experience unpleasant.

I urge you to investigate these matters and take appropriate actions to ensure that passengers are treated with the respect and consideration they deserve. It is essential for the staff to prioritize the safety, convenience, and satisfaction of passengers to maintain a positive reputation for Punjab Roadways Moga.

Enclosed, you will find a copy of my ticket (number 299734) purchased during this morning’s journey for your reference. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope that necessary measures will be taken to improve the overall service quality.

Punjab roadways of chogawan route bus which comes at 9:05 at chogawan bus stand it doesn’t stop and does not pick up passengers from bus stop due to this students and workers face lot of problems due to getting late and their whole time table is disturbed . I request you to resolve the problem as soon as possible. I hope you will pay attention towards it.

2 Feb 2024 8:40 Am I was alredy late for office i was sit in Pun bus PB06 AT 1639 the conductor said bus is not going to dhariwal bus stand rather bus route Amritsar Batala naushera majja Dhariwal Gurdaspur etc but conductor refuse to pickup the passenger many. They are follow the rules of govt authorities kindly against action conductor

I'm a student at pcte college baddowal and I have made student bus pass from moga to baddowal but there is no stop at baddowal as your Punjab Roadways and punbus don't stop here so I have to go ludhiana bus stand to take a bus or mullanpur bus stand but from many days your all buses don't stop mullanpur they all goes from flyover. I want that buses should stop here as it will convenient for me and many others

She did not stop the bus on toll tax( near gurdwara sahib) she said this is not a bus stand and argued with me . This Punjab roadways Root was Jalandhar to Jagraon. The bus no is 5232

Today on 25dec2023 I was coming back to Pathankot from ISBT SEC-43 Chandigarh.I was here in Chandigarh to look after my relative who is a cancer patient and admitted at PGI ENT from last few days.
As I am Central Govt. Employee under Ministry of Home Affairs and I have to join my duty today 25.12.2023 afternoon so i was in hurry to reach at my home pathankot and then leave to amirtsar airport to join my duty at amritsar upto tonight.
I just asked conductor whether your bus will reach at destination on time or not, he simply replied that I don't let the hurried costumers to sit in my bus . I begged for the ticket 3 times but he denied and simply replied you just go on CTU bus it will come at 12.50pm and dont let you to enter my bus even though the half of the bus was empty at that time.
This kind of rude and helpless behaviour is not accpetable from public servant and is not benificiary to goverment agency too.
Authorities should take strict action against such person.

I was traveling from Delhi to pataila, after reaching to patiala I realised my bad was not there with I kept 2 seats before near conductor seat, we suspected that it might me thef and I realised that this theft happened on rajpura bus stand

Dear sir /madam iam here to file a complaint against bus driver and conductor. Iam going to travel from amritsar to fatehgarh churia on 26oct 2023. But the bus driver conductor and their other mates stopped me to travel in a bus and do taunt and use other rude and cheap words to me which is unbearable. They harras me mentally. Afterthat I waited for an hour to reach my destination. I have ever seen before they taunt other lady passenger and taunt them. They are empty of govt .they don't have any right to use wrong word but they always do. Please take nessary action against them . The number of bus is PB02CR6721

Toll at Mujawar roadway on the way from goa to pune. The traffic is moving slow and a long queue due to non working of fastag reader.

The conductor of Punjab roadways are very bad they even don't know how to behave with the passenger...I am a daily passenger who travel from jalandhar to nurmahal bus from past 3 years and my stopage is jandiala yesterday we were traveling the conductor with employee ID *PC343* did not made a round for the ticket and my colleague was having aadhar card in her hand when she ask that you did not visit for the ticket kindly cut the ticket he started shouting as he always do he says that you are free passengers who travel daily and it is your duty to visit us and ask for the ticket...when she says that it is your duty to cut the ticket he says that I will slap you and now the bus will not move with that passenger. Ask to get out from the bus and he made a video that the passenger is traveling without ticket because I says that I will file a complaint against you...he says that if you will do this I am making a video for my safer side you cannot do anything against me I am a conductor...is this the right way to talk to a girl...i need a strict action on that conductor because I always notice that he used the same with the other passengers also. He does not even have manners to talk when we were moving out of the bus he abused us...His Id is PC343...KINDLY TAKE A BIG ACTION ON THE CONDUCTOR... HE is the only reason why Punjab roadways buses are not liked by the persons...for your reference I am attaching ticket where his ID nd Bus no is mentioned... please take necessary action

With due respect, I would like to state that on September 2, 2023, at 5:00 a.m., I was going from Chandigarh to Hoshiarpur. First and foremost, the conductor was really disrespectful to us, and I repeatedly requested him for the ticket, but he never responded, and he was issuing tickets to male passengers. He claimed we had to pay the full fair after wasting our 20 minutes. I was having Aadhaar card, Pan Card, Voter cards too.
When I attempted to register a complaint against him, no one was present in rooms 13 and 14, and no one opened the door when we knocked.

This is the case of every time when we travel via prtc buses. They always issue 7-8 male tickets and 1 female tickets. This happed to us every time. 8 out of 10 bus conductors are very rude to us.

Conduct Name was Sandeep (not sure). The timing was 5:45 and the day was Saturday.

I humbly request to look into this matter and Please ask all conductor to issue tickets to female passengers equally and treat wisely.

It was reached At 8:30 pm at una and the driver didn't stopped in una ISBT.
More than 7to 8 passengers are waiting for this bus due to critical situation in nangal dam because of construction of flyover. So please take c action upon this because I reached at home 10 o'clock.

I am at jalandhar bus stand for punjab roadways bus to ludhiana and one bus is standing in front of me from last half an hour but he refuses to provide me the seat because am a lady and punjab adhar card holder
