I purchased on 23/02/2022 from Connaught place service centre. Sometime it shows Android is not responding. I was physically presented in service center Netaji Subhash Place along with its default. But after few days default again came. It disturb me a lot. With folding hands please return this set. I am waiting for company reply but they don't bother at all. I cannot visit in service centers again and again. It seems a punishment because every customer have to wait minimum 1 to 3 hours. Despite many companies in writing to OnePlus customer but they don't care. I think they thought customer are innocent and don't go to the National Consumer forme. This is really a great harassment. I will file a case along with harassment care.
