GOVERNMENT SERVANT — Complaint of Rs. 10,000 cheated withdrawal from PNB ATM(ATM ID D_2013500 ) Dhampur Dist. Bijnore U.P.

Sir,
I have to bring my grievance under your kind notice that I tried to withdraws. 1,000 at PNB ATM Dhampur(Bijnore) UP. Vide my SBA NO.[protected] of( Andhra Bank IFSC ANDB0001195, 1195 Pankha Road NewDelhi) through my debit card No.[protected] by 19.04.2012 at 2:35:09 but the transection was declined . Noticing when the passbook entries , I found Rs. 10,000withdrawl by the same ATM machine at the same time same day .When my 1000 payment was declined . When I talk to the local persons they told me” It did not occur for the first time with this PNB ATM”., They said the cheated withdrawals have become a general practice .
Hence kindly order to issue me a general copyshowing my operation for 1000/- declined and three more transections after me.
I also request very earnestly for an intelligence enquiry to find out the fact to stop cheating at said PNB ATM.
More ove I requested you to kindly manage to refund me my missing Rs.10,000 in my account . Hope yopu will please expedite and satisfy me
