Govind Ballabh Pant Institute Of Engineering And Technology — What if we found positive for COVID-19

Respected sir/ma'am,
Sir/ma'am, i am from Govind ballabh pant institute of engineering and technology.
Sir/ma'am, I am student of 3rd year and i am tested positive for COVID-19 .so i am not able to give practical exam (offline mode) in college.So, I informed college registrar but he said it's not our responsibility. Sit at home.and give exam in next year, means in backpaper.
After that, i talked to my HOD sir, he said talk to registrar, we can't help you. This is not in our hand.
I can't afford to loose my practical exam. Please help me.
if any action not taken by college...i will go to the college.and if any student influence by me it's not my responsibility. Please help me. I don't want any back in practical.it spoils my future.please help me .
