[Resolved]  Gowtham Varma — Deposit Retun

I Mr. VSNL Ravi Kumar (mobile number [protected])has taken a self driven car from Gowtham enterprises Rajahmundry on 22nd November 2023 and hand over it on 23rd November 2023 in a good condition rental chares for 2000/- and pickup and drop charges 500/- to driver. For this booking he asked me to pay 500 as a booking confirmation. I paid 500 on 21st Nov. 2023 through G Pay transaction id details are "UPI/[protected]/UPIgowthamvarma.ca/HDFC BANK LTD/ICI795323ABC048467DAE8A01D0B52B059B/". He contacted me and given a I20 and he asked me to deposit 6500/- and my spouse deposited that amount from her mobile ([protected]). As per our discussion he has to return the deposit amount (6500+500=[protected], 000/ after deducting the rental charges. I am calling him to since 24th Nov. to till today (28th Nov.). I have not received 5, 000/- as my refund amount from him, he is saying that the amount is blocked in the company and not responding properly. His name is Gowtham Varma, contact number is [protected], [protected]. The driver number who handover the car is [protected].
I request you to please take action on him and please try to get my above mentioned deposit amount.
