On Feb 1st I have done a transaction of rs1325 with google transaction id cicagkcsn-yfoq and UPI transaction id[protected] to Mr latheesh yadav. The money got credited to his account but the same time it got reversed twice (1325+1325) from his account. One amount he got refunded back on 14.02.2019 but still one more amount is pending. I have the customer care support more than 5 6 times in the month of Feb and have sent all the supporting doc, such as bank statements to them, But they failed to solve my issue. Take it as a serious one and please solve it. It's been 2 over

Gpay you are backed by the technology mater in the world and still taking the excuse of Covid-19 pandemic for not getting the people to the customer care. It's very disgusting kind of service from your end. It's taking around 12-15mintutes to stay online to get connected with the customer care executive. you should have given enough steps to solve the people related issues to make the service faster. This was the same case in the same period last year also. Or I wonder if that is a technology settings from your end whenever you call the situation remains the same. Please do the needful to improve your customer care services. Being a tech master if you wont be able to do it then noon else in this world.
