Gpay — The Zomato IPO mandate was created in Account but on GPay it is showing that it was failed

I have applied for the Zomato IPO (1 lot 195shares @ Rs 76) through Zerodha. The Upi payment request was sent to Gpay. After Entering the upi pin it showed Authorization Failed but at the same time the amount of Rs 14820 was blocked in my SBI bank account. After that the IPO was not allocated to me. And till now the money is still blocked in my bank account.
I tried contracting zerodha, they are saying that you should connect with Gpay for that. And the bank is also saying the same. And I also connected with Link InTime, they said said the application was bidded but not banked for marking a lien on your bank account and asked me to connect with intermediary Gpay. If the transaction was failed in GPay then how come the money was blocked. But when I contracted with Gpay, they said that they cant do anything
