Grablon — Product not delivered. Refund not given yet

I believe its a fraud company. i had ordered for a watch on 24th june 2016 and was expecting it till 28th june 2016. i had called them later on 29th to cancell. neither have i received the parcel nor have given me back my refund amount.
Whenever i call their office, they say there is server problem, call later.

This has been going on till today so i write to you for help.
