Hi, my name is raghav kumar. i purchased one laptop from grabshoppingdeals.com on 15 march 2016. after 5 days when i called on customer care no then customer care executive is not giving me the proper answer. when i asked to him when i will receive my product the he is not telling the exact information when i will receive my product. then i called many times within 10 days. finally on 6 April 2016 i received my laptop. but guys this is a really bad and poor customer care executive.
