Grabshoppingdeals.com — Received payment but not delivering product

I think the shopping website grabshoppings.com is a fake website, and they have no intentions of delivering any products. Based on a telecall, on 18th June 2015 I placed an order for a Sennheiser CX 180 headphones online at the grabshoppingdeals.com for Rs 550. I received an acknowledgement online giving my order number as[protected]. It was not followed with any email or sms confirmation. Since then I have been following up on the status of my order with the website using their telephone number[protected]. Every time I call they have been giving me some excuse as to why the product is not delivered. On 28/07/2015: Spoke to Sushil – product senior team: said that product is not available and will be sourcing it in 15 – 18 days (will receive shipping details before 15th aug). Subsequently when I called up they said it will take 45 working days. Now the 45 working days are also over, and still I have not received the product. No shopping site takes this much time and still not deliver a product. I think this is not a genuine shopping website, and the consumer complaints should take it up with the shopping website.
