Grace Edge — Job scammers, specialized in looting money by giving fake abroad job offers

On January 2020, I received a call from a lady named Seerat Kaur, who introduced me as an employee working with Graceedge who is in charge of recruiting people to Canada in hotel industry. She told me there is 100% job guarantee and have to pay 30, 000 rs in advance so that they will sign an agreement between the applicant and service provider which has a validity of 6 months.
If the applicant has not received any job in the span of 6 months, then the entire money will be refunded.
I checked their google ratings and felt genuine, so invested 30000 rs in their name on last March 2020.
Unfortunately in the meantime covid 19 outbreak happened and the recruitment process got on hold. I began to check with the spoc Seerat and her manager sekhar kumar regularly. They kept on telling me that, recruitment will soon commence.
But months passed and on September 12 the validity of the contract got expired.
I contacted Sekhar for the refund, but the way he behaved to me was rude and he told me that, he is not getting any green signal from his manger on my refund process.
I asked him to give his managers contact number, so that i can contact him directly, but he hesitated my request and stopped responding to my emails and calls.
I then checked the Graceedge google review and i could find many newly added incidents in ut like what happened to me.
They take money from poor people and wont refund it after the agreement ends.

Recently i received a legal notice mentioning that, my contract with Graceedge has been terminated due to early submit of refund request.

In fact, When the 5th month passed within the agreement time, out of curiosity I contacted Sekhar kumar to know the status and he replied there is nothing happening from client end and he suggested to send him a refund request so that they can process it fast. My agreement day was supposed to end on September 12 and due to Sekhar words i requested refund on August 31.only after a month I came to know that it was a well executed trap. Sekhar sent me a legal notice mentioning, i applied the refund request very early hence the deal has been terminated from there end
They outplayed me smartly and i easily fell in their trap.
Now i don't know what to do next since i lost my 30000 rs.
They still continuing cheating people and it is evident in their google reviews.
