Back in September of 2022 I was contacted by this fraudulent company grand Vivanta (now changed to Grand Amanta) saying that the got my contact from MG motors based on the purchase I made with MG. They asked me to come to their event in Chennai Radission hotel. When I visited them they explained about the different packages and told they will offer premium package which will allow me to book 5 days and 4 nights in 4 or 5 star hotels across India and abroad. They also offered me a 4 days and 3 nights stay in Maldives along with airfare for a couple as a welcome bonus. Believing all this I paid 3.3 lacs for 25 years package with Rs. 6999 as renewal fee for each year of me using their package. Later when I tried to book through the package is when I started having horrible customer experience where they hardly respond to emails and the relationship manager Kanika is one of the worst person i have ever come across who shows zero professionalism to the customers. They changed their company name and said mobile app will be launched and it has never happened and there is no way I can track my status of booking unless their customer service responds to my email. I got so fed with the service I received and asked for cancellation and refund of my package and from that moment the customer service stopped responding to my emails and Kanika stopped picking up my calls. This company seems to be running a scam from city to city luring people promising packages inline with Club Mahindra but in fact these folks do not provide any good service.
Please guide me and help me to get my money back and I will also be writing an email to ministry of corporate affairs highlighting the pathetic service these folks provide and scam people.

Working in this company are big id"iot*s. This company representatives are cheating innocent people. I followed up for services or cancellation of membership for 12 months. No one responses to calls or emails. I was following up with cheaters like Rahul Arora, Mahender, Aftab, Manisha, Ravi, Sudhir Kumar, Pankaj, Ananya, Abhijeet, Dinesh, etc.. This company must be banned and above bas*er_s must be punished in public.
These ba*^er*s have changed the name of the company.
