Fraudsters/Scammers Took money in name of Membership

Fraud by Grand Vivanta, name changed to Grand Amanta

They called and asked to come to Royal Tulip Hotel Kharghar, then they promised 4-5 star hotels service for 10 years, and charged 1, 54, 000 rs.
Now they are not responding to me booking enquiries.
Every time they don't have properties at desired locations and they keep on asking to change the locations.
And even when they hardly respond they ask additional amount for additional rooms, which was nowhere mentioned while taking package.
They are fooling people by providing false memberships.
Please help in getting my money back.

Pure scam ...don't fall into their trap.i am unable to get my refund for past 1.5 years even though i follow their cancellation policy, they are not providing any service

Grand vivanta vacation Pvt Ltd is fraud company. I am also one of victims of this fraud. I paid 175000 in the month of Aug 2022.
Working in this company are big id"iot*s. This company representatives are cheating innocent people. I followed up for services or cancellation of membership for 12 months. No one responses to calls or emails. I was following up with cheaters like Rahul Arora, Mahender, Aftab, Manisha, Ravi, Sudhir Kumar, Pankaj, Ananya, Abhijeet, Dinesh, etc.. This company must be banned and above bas*er_s must be punished in public.
These ba*^er*s have changed the name of the company.

Back in September of 2022 I was contacted by this fraudulent company grand Vivanta (now changed to Grand Amanta) saying that the got my contact from MG motors based on the purchase I made with MG. They asked me to come to their event in Chennai Radission hotel. When I visited them they explained about the different packages and told they will offer premium package which will allow me to book 5 days and 4 nights in 4 or 5 star hotels across...
