Hi Team, In April the team conducted an event in Taj ITPL. They mentioned providing 3 and 5-star hotels. Also, the refund could be fully paid after the first service. We were forced to take the package. Later when we checked the policy document nothing as such was mentioned. But the cancellation process was 32% deduction within the first 10 days of cancellation and 75% deduction after that. We felt it was some fraud and within 24 hours we sent cancellation mail. But still, we did not get the refund even with 32% deduction. There seem to be many people cheated by these.
