I have opted for their membership package after their invitation and lots of insistence by their sales executives. My monthly EMI is still getting deducted from my bank account. I have realised this is a fake comp selling lucrative holiday packages and offers only to extract money. I want my refund and stop my EMIS....

They called us to a hotel telling that we have won travel coupon..while giving the travel coupon they forced us to buy one of their travel executive package workth of 1
25 lakhs..saying it could be used for used for hotel booking purposes
But when we called their customer care inoder to use the package for booking purpose nobody responds
The manager never picks the call

This is fraud company it’s been a year they have not refunded my money. They took 145000 from me by credit card as membership fees. When I felt something is not good about this company I immediately called them to cancel the membership but from that day till today there has been no proper response. These is big scam and needs to be stopped.

Fraud company who promised for luxury vacation packages and took initially 2 lakhs 5 thousand and could not provide the booking. Last month again we were duped by them and this time for booking they took 3500 as utility charges and told booking voucher on the way. Neither we got vacation voucher after waiting till the day of travel nor the refund of 3500 after multiple followup, email, call. They are either not picking up call or phone is switched off. Many other faced this all over India. Think the magnitude of the scam. They are not afraid of Govt or law. We middle class people are the victim by their marketing team ( Shivam, Brajesh) and booking team ( Kanika, Neha, Mahendra). Pls help me to get back my total 2 lakhs 8500 rs. Thanks Anupriya Sen

I also paid 1, 70, 000 but they denied cancellation on next day I purchased the package.
They are looting our hard earned money, we need to take action against them.

They came in Pune and...

The grand sheraton India Hospitality Company is a fake company. They are selling fake holiday packages. They will tell you that they have tie up with four star and five star properties and we can book accommodation for 50 nights in 10 years. We paid huge amount of hard earned money to these people and when we are trying to book package, They are not picking up our calls or replying on mail. They have a fake website and fake customer care girl who will keep you engaged. They are asking for more money when we tried to book a holiday package. Person names are Mithun, Mahendra, Pankaj. I am pretty sure that they are using fake names. Need help.

This is fake company, they play with customer emotion and take the money promising a lot, 5 star hotels, individual suite, discounts on flights, EMI option for 36 month and god known how many fake promises they did at the time of selling the package.
They came in Pune and had an event in well known hotel Novotel Viman Nagar. They said the company is listed in AIRDA (ALL INDIA RESORT DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION) they also shows the Ministry of Corporate Affair website also listed since 1997(attaching screenshot).
When comes the booking time they give 2-3 star hotels + taking Annual Maintenance which is equal to the hotel booking cost if we do the booking our self then why this company is taking the money.
When asked for cancellation they are saying they cannot cancel and refund the amount. During package selling time they said if you don't like the service full amount will be refunded. Now they are not picking up the call nor replying on the mail. Basically no communication with them.
We all have to come together and expose this fake company and people who play with people emotion.

I am sure these guys must be incapable to earn money with right values and education and so they are cheating people for their livelihoods

These guys has taken Rs 90k from me for providing 3-5 star hotels in India and Abroad. Now these guys are not picking the calls.

In April the team conducted an event in Taj ITPL. They mentioned providing 3 and 5-star hotels. Also, the refund could be fully paid after the first service. We were forced to take the package. Later when we checked the policy document nothing as such was mentioned. But the cancellation process was 32% deduction within the first 10 days of cancellation and 75% deduction after that. We felt it was some fraud and within 24 hours we sent cancellation mail. But still, we did not get the refund even with 32% deduction.
There seem to be many people cheated by these.

I am Ankur Bhagat and recently became a victim of these people who are selling fake membership. It's a total scam company selling stays in luxurious hotels. They conducted seminars at different hotels in Mumbai in March 2022. They took the money and later neither responded to my calls or messages nor did they make any room reservation. All sales people (Sudhir Barnval, Mohit, Rahul) are frauds and cheating people. There is a police complaint lodged against the company as well as these people. One reputed 4 star hotel (where they recently did a seminar in Mumbai in March 2022) has barred them from their hotel once they realised this is a scam racket. If anyone comes across them in any seminar, please do not take the membership and immediately inform the local police. Also, please inform me on [protected] if you know where they are.. Police can accordingly intervene and catch these fraudsters.

Posting this here for better reach so we can trace these people and I can get my refund. I have paid Rs 90, 000 for the membership.
