Like others, we also had experienced the same from Grand Vivanta Vacations Pvt. Ltd. Firstly I got a call from them on 18th Jun, 2022 (yesterday) saying that we are entitled for a FREE holiday coupon because I own a Thar car. I asked them is this offer only for Thar owners, and the person (Lalit) who had called me said YES but for only selective families. Later on me and my wife were invited to Otera Hotel in Electronic City, Bangalore. As most of the customers mentioned, we have been offered a best one time package on the same day validity basis, not to deny that it was indeed a very attractive one I must say. Initially I did get a negative vibe after seeing these sales people (not so educated but all dressed up well in suites) just to impress I believe (FIRST IMPRESSION IS THE BEST IMPRESSION sort of a thing). To cut it short, we ended up paying them Rs. 1.8 L (mode of payment through card and UPI)... Now since it's still within 24hrs timeframe, can we still hold a chance to get back our money somehow?
