As per their policy if we request for cancellation of their service it should be within 10 days from the date of payment .It's been more than a year since i request for the cancellation but they didn't provide the refund yet.

They are not attending our calls nor responding to the mail id.i am trying to reach them for past one year.

They are doing biggest scam

They called us in a hotel saying we have movie passes gifted for the vehicle we bought.
Then the scene was different, Vivanta FRAUD Sales Team befooled us and many more guests. They charged us Rs. 1.6 Lakh for the package and gave us promises which were all FRAUD.

I desperately asked them
(Mr Raza and Mr Deepak), if there is any annual charge we wiuld asked to pay after this one time payment, the team member assured us that there is nothing to pay in future. Now they have added Rs 10000 yearly charges.
Now both (Mr Raza and Mr Deepak) are fooling us by saying that they have informed us that time. It seems like they Fraud us by saying lie just because to sale their packages, because noone is purchasing and we got trapped.

I tried contacting their representative more thn 10-15 times but no response, even didn't get any reply on my email sent to them.

Please help us to refund the amount and close our membership.

This Fraud Company sold Membership for Holidays to me in Hotel Novatel Juhu. They have never picked up call and their website is not functional. This is a fraud company . I want my money back

We had taken the membership from grand vivanta -head office address is - B29 first floor Lajpat Nagar II New Delhi on 01/01/2022.
This membership costed us 85, 000/- which was done through Credit card . In this membership we could have booked 5 star hotels all over India for the span of 5 years however for the last 5 months we have been trying to nook through them and get connected to them but they never respond to us . We have tried calling the customer helpline number, support mail id, the sales person Sudhir (manager) and Kapil also but they have stopped responding to us . While making the payment they did not let us think and forced us into making payment and made false promises . we want our money back and cancel this membership but they are not cancelling it as well however they told us that if we are not satisfied after first trip we can cancel and the first trip is not happening at all as they blocked us . What can be done next please help for refund and this company should be closed as they are frauds

I was given dis policy where dey told me dey will refund me if I am not given any holiday, since 4 months I am trying to book a holiday. But none responded. Kindly give my money back.

We took a membership with them and paid monthly amounts and now whenever we ask for bookings they deny even after paying more than 50000 as monthly subscription fee for membership. They always deny our booking request.

They called us in Novotel Bangalore on 9th Dec saying we have movie passes and Hotel stay gifted for the Mahindra vehicle we bought.
Then the scene was different, Vivanta FRAUD Sales Team Ravi Kumar Verma and Aamir befooled us and many more guests. They charged us Rs. 1.6 Lakhs for the package and gave us many false promises which were all FRAUD:

I requested them to cancel the membership within 10 days of taking the membership, even that is not getting processed. They are not picking up the call nor they are replying to the emails. They just update they will process but they don't do. I have been following up to cancel the membership and refund the amount but they don`t respond back.

When I tried to speak to their FRAUD Sales Team, they ignored the calls and also their customer care Team Vipul and others told us they will set up a call back which never happened.

Police case, blacklisting them is the only solution so that other people don't fall into the trap.

Hopefully, I will get some help in this platform to get refund.

This company is a total fraud company.. I invested 1 lakh 10 thousand rupees in their package.. while providing the package they promised so much but now they are not providing me any booking.. even after giving all money in advance.. This company is a a total scam .. they sold me their tourism package in 1 lakh 10 thousand rupees.. while giving the package they promised so much.. that you will have very good experience of your travel with us .. but now when I m asking for booking.. they are not providing any booking .. even after paying money in advance.. They made us attend a solid 2 hours lecture in exchange of gift vouchers which are not redeemable. I tried contacting them but I couldn't reach them. Their email address is no longer available and no response from their end

I am extremely disappointed with the service of Grand vivanta. I got a call from grand Vivanta on 22 September, 2022 to come at JW Marriott Kolkata I went there and they took my 3 hours discussing about their different packages and we clearly told them that it was not possible for us to opt for any of the packages at this time and then they provided as a free gift voucher where we can book a movie ticket for two people by mailing them five...

We were invited to one of the sales event organized by Grand Vivanta at Sheraton Hotel at Hyderabad on 25th June 2022. The sales team ( Manas ) kept on smothering us for 5 hours with different schemes and websites . At the end they asked us to buy their package(3L) for 15 yrs, The sales team ensured not to allow me or my wife to discuss before committing to the extent that they followed us to the washroom and after 5 hrs of grill we honestly didnt have the strength to think straight . However the list of promises made during the sales pitch are listed below
1.)Promises : Pay with your credit card so that we can provide you a No Cost EMI
Reality : There is No no cost EMI for a package of 3L i am ending up paying 3.6L
2.) Promises : You needn't read the contract this is a generic one we are offering you a different package and the contract will come in mail, but we will need your signature to process the request
Reality : There was No other contract, It was the final deal
3.)Promises: If you cancel the membership, there will be no deduction when i enquired about cancellation fee
Reality : There is a provision of 32% deduction in case you request cancellation

On 26th June 2022, We initiate the request for cancellation of the membership due to medical emergency. On the information the sales team asked us to wait till the processing is done so that we have an allocated relationship manager who can resolve it immediately as it was a request made the next day and nothing has been availed we were promised there will be no deduction in the amount

The game started from 27th June 2022 and is still on We are still waiting for the refund to be processed and it has been 3 months since we are waiting ... I have paid 3 EMIs on the credit card, called them everyday but to no avail .. The relationship manager ( 1st it was Neha, 2nd it was Aftab and Now its is Firdosh) doesnt pick up the call. There Head of Department (Mahendra) is the biggest cheat . Everyday I called and they kept on responding that the case is pending with some department and they are waiting a response, Then they requested me for the medical documents to proof the authenticity of the case, I have also provided them Medical documents on July 9th.

On sep 5th 2022 Mahendra called me and informed that the processing is done and they will have to cut an amount of 10% as processing charges and refund the rest by 25th Sept 2022. Frustated with all the chasing up I even agreed to the 10% deduction and asked them to credit the 90% amount . It has been Oct 5th and I havent received any credit till now .

Everytime I call them, they keep on intentionally procastinating the process . According to their contract ( Which we were tricked into Signing) they are suppose to complete the refund within 3 months of cancellation request and 3 Months is already up as on 25th Sept 2022.

I am still waiting on the refund and request any assistance in any form to an early closure of relationship with this menancing organization . I am currently facing sleep disorder and panic attacks due to this organization and would request anyone willing to take up a relationship with them to Kindly read the post

They attract us by giving free gift voucher in a 5 star hotel and we have purchased a package. Now when I try calling and mailing there is no response. Mehak Chadha is the one convinced me to the trap, now she blocked me.

I know my money is long gone, so please don't fall for the trap like I did.

I made a purchase of rs 2, 15, 000 package from grand vivanta . later i downgraded it to rs 1, 05, 000 . they need to refund me rs 1, 10, 000 but they refunded only rs 1, 00, 000 . they are still not refunding my rs 10, 000 .
i was making call to customer care since may 2022 but they are not giving positive response . they always give after 1-2 days they will refund my rs 10, 000.
if want to cancel my membership with them they are not trustworhy .
i want comlete refund of rs 1, 15, 000 (including rs 10, 000). kindly help me .

So we got a call and got scam, they make false promises even showed me fake screenshot of their happy customers to convince us but whatever they said its just fake its been one month i have mailed them about movie voucher they didn't email me back then after one week of calling them again again adil replied that he will arrange a call but I didn't recieve any call,
We called their customers care they said their will call back no response from their as well i want my refund. but they are just giving me excuses that finance team call us back i doubt that they even had a finance team at all.
Please don't fall in this trap they are Fraud giving you false promises. we need my refund back.

Hello, I was given a travel voucher in return of attending their seminar wherein their sales representative were telling about travel packages.

Now when I am trying to avail the coupons, I am not getting any appropriate response. It’s been 1 month now

I have sent first mail on 15th July where they said they cannot reply as they have some issue in email. They told me to mail again in Aug. i again mailed on 3rd Aug
And it’s 17th Aug but I am only getting revert like ‘we will update you’. At one point, they also denied to book hotel.

I purchased package from Arvind(Manager) Grand Vivanta, he promised some special offers at the time of booking and on the basis of that, I paid 55k to them.

They offered 4 night stay along with 12k Shopper stops voucher and 60 days cancellation policy along with Asia and Dubai hotel booking options with this package but the email which their company sent, that was totally different.

I tried to call him and company support although sent them 3 emails but no response from their end. Although when I tried to book hotel on august long weekend, they told they are sold out although Arvind made commitment, he will do the booking for sure.

At the last Arvind told to put request for refund as my money is in safe (This is how company treat their customers). I have all the recordings with me along with communication which happened with company employees time to time.

So I need refund for my money or company to fulfill their commitment.

I went to Redission Blue Bangalore after getting a call from Grant Vivanta guys. They promised to give 2N3D coupon.
Now when I try to avail the offer I am not getting any response from Grand Vivanta. I have sent multiple emails and also contacted customer care. They only have one thing to say "sorry for the inconveniences".
I don't know how such people can get proper treatment so that they don't do same thing again. I feel fortunate that i didn't fell into the trap.

I got a Voucher from Radisson Paschim Vihar and wanted to redeem it, Have been trying this continuously since July 22, 2022 and without fail have not got any response, not even Acknowledging .Tried Connecting on Phones effective 1st aug 2022 and was asked everytime that you will get a response by day end but ended up with no response.

This has hit my sentiments.I want the company managing Director to apologise for the same with immediate effect.

Do NOT EVER DEAL WITH SUCH FRAUD COMPANIES.

All promises made at the time of sale of package by salesman are completely fake. The company officials at booking end tells entirely different terms and conditions so that one cannot make booking.
It is complete waste of money.

I am also Bangalore based and a victim of Grand vivanta. They harrassed me mentally and physically. Please help in getting my refund. Their sales team made fake promises and now they are not responding to call. They called us in Double tree suites Hilton, Sarjapur road and sold the package in 1 lakh 60 thousand. I asked for refund within 10 days as per agreement, but they are denying for any such refund.

Please help me in getting my refund. They don't reply to calls. Manisha and Komal from their costumer care team are harrassing me over phone that i will get a call back.

Hi we got a call to visit one hotel in Bangalore where they offered holiday package on behalf of grand Vivanta.
They trapped us by telling some fascinating travel plans & they told we have to pay the money immediately.
We paid 1 lakh rupees and they told we will get some 10 year travel plan, shopping voucher, two complementary visit within Asia. Once we tried to approach the sales person Kapil Singh & Mohit porwal they were not responding even after 100 calls from our side.
This is really a trap & we want our money back. Need support

Fraud company. They dupe customers by offering free coupons . Running a sham in the name of vacation package.do not fall for their gimmicks.

Like others, we also had experienced the same from Grand Vivanta Vacations Pvt. Ltd. Firstly I got a call from them on 18th Jun, 2022 (yesterday) saying that we are entitled for a FREE holiday coupon because I own a Thar car. I asked them is this offer only for Thar owners, and the person (Lalit) who had called me said YES but for only selective families. The company arranged a tea party at Holiday Inn Sector 3 Panchkula . I was given a holiday package of 145000 rupees to be paid in 18 installments . They scammed me by taking the entire sum in one go without informing me or consulting me . There is no provision of refund and no communication . The manager by name of

Grand vivanta is a holiday planning company which organised a meeting where we were invited as the winners of a lucky draw by Ms anju and they would provide us with gift card.
Later Mr. Israr and Mr. Abishek stated about tour package and insisted us to make decision on table and we paid for the membership plan of 1 lakh 35 thousand rupees. Later when we called them back for enquires they did not reply back but on the day of meeting...
