I am extremely disappointed with the service of Grand vivanta. I got a call from grand Vivanta on 22 September, 2022 to come at JW Marriott Kolkata I went there and they took my 3 hours discussing about their different packages and we clearly told them that it was not possible for us to opt for any of the packages at this time and then they provided as a free gift voucher where we can book a movie ticket for two people by mailing them five days prior and we can book 5 star hotels for vacations by mailing them one month prior we First went with the movie ticket and I have dropped this email 7 days prior and spoke to customer care so that I can get the movie tickets on time . But today is the day and now when I call and asked they say the same thing it will be rescheduled and we will forward it to our concerned team . But if you reschedule it the same movie will n9t be there after 7 days, so you are you you asked for our preferred movie and preferred time? From last 10 days I am gearing the same thing but no "concerned team" contacted me/emailed me with details.
If you don't have to provide tickets or vacations packages why have you wasted our time and given gift vouchers? Is this the way you serve your customer. Such a fraud/fake company Was this information helpful? | 
Abhijeet, Dev, Sudhir Kumar, Sushma, Manish, Mahender, etc are most ### and cheaters. Such people must be punished in public. These people don't have stuff to work hard for earning. These ### looting innocent people's money for easy money. They will have consequences in near future.
I lost 175000 rs in the month of Aug 2022.
Sudhir, Mahender, mehak, Manisha, etc are number one cheaters.. they must be hanged in public.
Working in this company are big bas**rds and id*ots. This company representatives are cheating innocent people. I followed up for services or cancellation of membership for 4 months. No one responses to calls or emails. I was following up with cheaters like Rahul Arora, Mahender, Aftab, Manisha, Ravi, Sudhir Kumar, Pankaj, Ananya, Abhijeet, Dinesh, etc.. This company must be banned and above bast**rds must be punished in public.
