I got a call from Grand Vivanta Vacations Pvt Ltd.All the promises made by the Company, have been found to be false and fake, including the Gift Voucher and movie tickets. This was invited at the venue at palakkad kerala, Tripenta hotels at 1st of September.
"I am not interested to proceed with the proposal for which you have taken a payment of Rs.18, 331/- as down payment on[protected]. :
"I request you to refund the full amount debited from my account with immediate effect."
"I am also unsatisfied and upset with the way your sales executive Mr S*m*n and Sales head Mr. A*e*r, who is unable to even communicate in English and answer my queries since the first time, we met him at Hotel Tripenta, Palakkad on 1st September 2022. "
"Your staff compelled us to make the down-payment stating that the package of 48 days for five years and further extension of 5 years, could be availed, if it is taken in my spouse's name and also further stated that the offer was valid only for that day I.e.1st Sept.2022."
Being a Hospitality Industry, sales persons is obliged to respond for the queries of the customer. Mr. Mr.Suman and Amerr compelled me and my spouse to take the package misleading us that Grand Vivanta has association with Taj Vivanta. But on a personal enquiry with Taj Group, I came to know that your Company has misled me and my spouse to take the package, without even giving a breathing time to know more about it.
Hence I want the Company to refund the entire amount of Rs.18, 331 /- without any deductions with immediate effect.
They are using the well reputed Taj Vivanta’s name and with misinformation and fake promises playing with people’s hard-earned money.
After many reminder they are not able to complete its commitment as per defined in agreement.
When I tried to speak to their FRAUD Sales Team, they ignore the calls and also their customer care Team said they do not agree with what their Sales Team promised to us.
I have been following up for my bookings, mob app login and other issues but they don't respond back
They don't respond on customer care number or email.
