Lack of response felling cheated by Grand vivantha. want to cancel the membership. let me know the process.

Grand Vivanta Vacations Pvt. Ltd. — Fraudulently charged us 1.50L with fake promises.
We have been called to a fancy restaurant for a high tea where we have been told about the perks of being a privileged "Grand Vivanta" member and the potential benefit which we can reap if we take up the plan. We have also been informed about the various tie-ups with four and five start hotels not only in India but abroad. Once we took the proposal and next day when we asked about our benefits, the whole staged artists started taking off their masks one by one. want to cancel the subscription. let me know the process. What's the issue with the application. its not working. tried reaching your customer care no[protected], says mobile no does not exist. Not getting support from your sales team there no is also switched off not getting support from any of them. I've been calling them for long but no response, I sensed fraud. I came in contact with many people who were experiencing same from GVV. need to know the process to get the refund back. noone wants this looting services, kindly check the formalities and return the money back. looks like the reviews said by many has proved right. made a big mistake. looks like i am fooled by the Grand Vivanta group. if i am not getting a response sure i will raise an dispute against you. looks like you guys started a new company by name Grand Amanta with the same logo and pictures in it.

I have taken subscription of their plan on oct 2022, on commitment of their sales guy Mohit Saini, next day when i have gone through the agreement copy the clause are different, and i have mail the company next day to cancel my subscription but till date no positive response from their side.
They are cheaters and harsing their customer once they have taken the subscription.
Kindly help me in getting my refund and take necessary action against the company.

I got a call from Grand Vivanta Vacations Pvt Ltd.All the promises made by the Company, have been found to be false and fake, including the Gift Voucher and movie tickets. This was invited at the venue at palakkad kerala, Tripenta hotels at 1st of September.

Fraud
I received call from “Niharika” and she told me that she is calling from big basket ad I have won free 2 days vacation and 2 pvr tickets. I need to come to Radisson Dwarka to collect the vouchers. We went there and somehow they convinced us to purchase their plan and made lot of promises. Next day I received multiple payment confirmation mails which had my name, email and phone numbers. I got suspicious and blocked my card. When I searched online, I got to know that this company is fraud. I called them to get the refund, they said finance team will call back but its been over a month and still no call even after followups. Please help me get the refund. I paid 70k and I haven’t availed any of their services.

Grand vivanta vacation Pvt Ltd is fraud company. I am also one of victims of this fraud. I paid 175000 in the month of Aug 2022.
Working in this company are big bas**rds and id*ots. This company representatives are cheating innocent people. I followed up for services or cancellation of membership for 4 months. No one responses to calls or emails. I was following up with cheaters like Rahul Arora, Mahender, Aftab, Manisha, Ravi, Sudhir Kumar, Pankaj, Ananya, Abhijeet, Dinesh, etc.. These bas**ds are eating fraud money (tat*i) and feeding same to their families. This company must be banned and above bast**rds must be punished in public

Cancellation of membership

I received a call from Grand Vivanta sales team on 17th July afternoon and they told me that I have been selected from Mahinda & Mahindra motors (as recently i purchased vehicle) so i though this might be genuine. They asked me to come at "Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park" in the evening.
I reached their and the sales person Mohit approached me with their fraud schemes. I tired looking for many resources to check if this is genuine or not. Got mixed response and i went ahead and purchased the Holiday Plan for 160000.
I purchase Holiday Membership on 17th July'22 by paying INR 160000, the payment mode was Personal Loan and EMI supposed to be for 8888.88 (which is interest free- as per Sales Person).
The very next day I got SMS from my bank HDFC with the confirmation of my Loan amount, Tenure and EMI. Which reads as loan amount is 160000 for 18 Months, and EMI is INR 10057. This is more than what Sales Person told me.
The same time I called customer service and informed about the issue and my concern was not taken care properly, Ruba (customer care rep) told me that I will get a call back within 2 hrs from concerned person, but its been 10 days now he/she didn't call me even after many followup calls and email.
I had sent email at [protected]@grandvivanta.com and [protected]@grandvivanta.com to confirm the cancellation of my membership which is within their cancellation period of 10 days.
So, this membership cancellation email was sent on 20th july'22. and that is not addressed till now. They asked me the pro-rata basis statement from bank which i provided but still no one has called for confirmation of cancellation.
Everyday 3-4 times i am calling to customer service to check on the status, every time they say I will get a call back on urgent basis but no one call back.
The Sales Person who promised heaven on earth whiling selling their product are as listed below--

It's not like i havn't tried reaching on these mobile number. They are not responding to my msgs and calls from next day only. I have sent many msg on Whatsapp and tried calls. But no response.
Request to Others-- Please don't get into trap of these people false promises, and never give them single penny of your income.
Writing my complain here by expecting i will get my money back and interest as well if i am incurred by HDFC Bank for the delay from Grand Vivanta team.

Mohit and Sudhir are big fraud. Beware of such cheaters. I am also one of victims of this fraud company Grand vivanta vacation club.

They called us i a big fancy hotel mentiong that they are part of Vivanta hotel chain and providing free stay in vivanta hotel as part of covid revive stratergy.
Once we reached then they explained they are not connected with Vivanta hotel chain but a company named Grand Vivanta. They made lot of false promises and told everyone would be available for there service all the time. If they dont like the service they can cancell it any time. In fact its mentioned in the agreement also.
But since then i am struggling to get in touch with there senior and when requested for cancellation one of there senior called Mr Mahender ([protected]) assured me that they would do the cancellation and provide the refund but since then he has stopped picking up my call. Service center guys have a common reply that they dont have the authority. I am totally stuck with them. In fact they dont have a legit twitter page also.
Dont register humble request to all.

Grand vivanta vacation club is big fraud company. They are cheating innocent people. They should be jailed and punished in public.
