Great Indian Saree — product not received after payment

I had ordered 04 sarees on www.greatindiansaree.com and paid in advance Rs 2, 298/- for 02 sarees as per their requirement. Remaining 02 sarees had to be paid COD Rs 2, 448/-. The delivery man collected Rs. 2, 450/- but upon opening the packet later on, I found that there were only 02 sarees. Now the seller is not picking up my phone and not responding on whatsapp number also. It's a fraudulent website.
