Great Indian Saree — refund not initiated for wrong product delivered

I ordered the south indian dark blue saree soft silk designer saree, but recieved the different saree with worst colour n quality. Order details as below

I have already courier the parcel on below address

Also attached the curier receipt & as per receipt the product dilevered them since more than 45 days. But still refund not initiated.
Kindly refund my money on below number by gpay on same number through which you accepted the order.

I didn't get one thing if you delivered wrong product then why customer is responsible for courier amount. You already taken shipping charges from us. Order this one blue silk n what i recieved is already share on whatsup numer.
Kindly help on below issue.
