Dear sir/madam

I have ordered a "party wear wine colour saree with designer blouse" (Order no.[protected] through great indian saree website. But i got very different and cheap product which cost me rs. 1049/-. On 15/11/20019.
I want to return the product. But they are not responding to the mail. Even the contact number given in from address is not responding.
Please help me to return the product and refund the money.
