I ordered a saree costing rs.1149/- (Rs.999/- saree and courier cost rs.150/-) in great indian saree site.
The product that i received and saree which i ordered was totally different.
So immediately i sent an email to change the product, if can’t be done then to refund the amount.
Got a response to my mail asking to courier the saree back.
I couriered the saree back to the vendor and mailed the courier acknowledgement also.
Mailed them many a times, tried contacting them through customer care number which is not
Reachable. Till date no response. As per the return policy mentioned in their website they are supposed to contact us for the refund or provide us the product which we have asked for.
This site is just cheating us. I checked reviews also which clearly tells they have cheated many customers.
If they are doing the same thing to other foreign customers then what would be the image of india.
I don’t know why such fake sites are promoted in facebook & other genuine sites.
I have attached receipt sent by vendor and also the courier acknowledgement slip for returning back the saree to vendor.
I do have the mail sent by the vendor asking to send back the saree and also dtdc courier delivery details (Proof for the saree which is delivered/sent back to the vendor).
