Great Indian Saree — vendor supplied poor quality substandard saree & not responding for refund

I have ordered one red saree (Product no:k49) from great indian saree - surat on cash on delivery (Saree price 1299 + 150 delivery = total rs 1449)
Reference my order no: #84402 : red silk (K 49) saree, i had received blue - pink (K 9) saree with very very cheap quality instead of order specification red (K 49) saree. Photograph of received product are attached here with.

As per return policy, within 24 hours i had mailed to vendor for refund of rs 1449/-. Also tried to contact on given mobile no :[protected] & [protected] number of times, but no response observed. Again mail resend for refund bur no response observed

You are requested to take up matter with great indian saree-surat and arrange to refund me amount rs.1449/- with cheque to the given address

Also take up case of fraud business. Question is not to get money refund but to stop fraud business.
