Great Indian Saree — wrong product sent | |||||
I am rasmita mahapatro. I ordered the stylish blue color soft silk designer saree with order no. #146174. But, i got a completely different product. When i sent mail to their e mail as provided in the return policy, the sending failed as the mail is wrong perhaps. I again informed in their original website where i ordered the saree. No message in return came back to me. I called to the numbers given in the website. The phone is ringing. But, they did not respond me after so many calls also. I again called through the number given in the slip attached with the saree i received. But the number is switched off. They took money 1149/- from me. But, no respond after several tries. Dear sir,
I ordered above mentioned saree on line on[protected]. On[protected] I received a call from cell no [protected] to confirm the order . Yesterday I get my parcel in which different saree was sent They are not responding any call or mail.I have paid Rs 950/-.Pl give a justice to innocent customers .Take some action against such fake & fraudulent websites.
