Great Learning — Data science course-intial amount not refunded

I was contacted by Great Learning for Data Science and Engineering PG Program. They said that total program fees is 2, 75, 000 + GST. Later they asked me to pay 25, 000 + GST to confirm the scholarship. They also mentioned that the remaining amount will be sanctioned as loan. But the loan partner Eduvanz rejected my loan due to low salary and now they are asking me to pay the remaining fees. But I cannot arrange that much fees. So i am asking them to give back my initial payment but they are not willing to give the refund. 29, 500 is definitely not a small amount for me. So i want my money back.
