Great Learning — Not allowing to cancel my enrolment / Refund the total paid amount

This is Srinath and I have enrolled in the PG program for the AI/ML offered by the Great Learning. Right after I enrolled the program, within 4 months I have my job. I couldn't concentrate on the program and was not regular because of the time dedicated to finding an new job. I was not successful for 6 months and so I have decided to move to an new domain and joined by family construction business. When I have contacted them to cancel my enrolment and return the money not fully but atleast some, they came up saying they don't have any cancellation for this program. I have taken the education loan and I have fully paid even the loan.
I cannot leave that big amount nor able to complete my education. I request them to cancel my enrolment and return my money paid for the program.
