Greater Noida Authority Water Bill Payment — water bill payment not credited to my account

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had made payment for water bill of Rs 12997.00 on[protected] but it is not credited to my account. Can you please check and adjust the payment.

There was no Payment Reason Code "Water Bill" so i had selected "WATER CONNECTION CHARGES"
