Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation [GVMC] — difficulty in making water tax payment either at gvmc office or online

Making of water tax payment at g v m c office or at online is getting much difficult for me. I came in person to g v m c office 4 times for this purpose but in vain. As regards on line, the particulars asked in the portal have not been provided in the bill itself. As regards property tax, i. E. House tax, i made it through paytm, but for water tax this facility is not there.
