Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation [GVMC] — Property tax paid amount deducted from my account but did not receive the receipt

I, Mr.Y.V.Samba Siva Rao, H/o.Mrs. Tantravahi Sirisha, residing in this address 30-82-1/7/7, TF-301, Revenue Ward 53, Vadlapudi RH Colony, Visakhapatnam-530046 my Assessment Number-[protected] paid my property tax of Rs.3673/- through online on14th April, 2021 at 1.33PM Transaction Id is T2104141333230286533524 transaction successful and amount has been deducted from my SBI Account but till to date amount has not been refunded neither payment receipt has not generated it is showing amount pending I have also gave complaint to your call center and also mailed to itadmin.gvmc but my problem has not been rectified
