I am a resident of Plot-148, D.No[protected], North extension Seethammadhara, Visakhapatnam.
The builder of my neighbouring plot bearing plot No-202, D.No[protected]/5/6 of extent nearly 355sq.yrds has acquired GVMC plan approval in 2019 and build a g+4, 5 storey apartment in 2019 in name of Smt.Ch.Vidya (smt.chekuri.vidya) without proper setbacks.
Distance between our East side wall and their west side wall is 33inches, roughly 2.5ft.
Please let us know how permission is given and if any setback rules are changed in June, july 2019 as the distance is only 2.5ft between our wall and their wall.
