Sir iam resident of 24-64-5, Vinayakanagar, Vuda Colony, Pedagantyada, Visakhapatnam.

Due to under ground drainage works our water connection was lost and we are not getting the municipal water since more than a week.

Already same was conveyed to the person, But no one is taking care. Please do the needfull

Sir, there are so many mad street dogs in my locality and it is very difficult to take step out from our houses.
These dogs bark and chase the people who cross that area, especially “Children’s and Women’s” and two wheeler raiders.

Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire people who pass from them. I have fallen on the bike two times as well.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area to catch these dogs.

Beside our Apartment there is an illegal occupation affecting the movement of Residents of Anugraha Apartment. They recently made two shops(baddis) without our permission and doing bussiness of welding, Thick Shake near North gate i.e adjacent to watchman's room of our building. It may create a problem to visitors parking in future.

Sir,
A Paan shop exists infront of my gate which blocks my path and blocks water connection to my house and also blocks free flow of water into drainage whenever it rains..Ia m paying water taxes without having water connection.I have been complaining for the past one and half year but they are not removing it.l request the authorities to take action immediately.

On instructions of my client Sri Reddipalli Bhaskara Rao, S/o Janardhana Rao, Residing at Door No: 18-178, Nirmal Villa, Salipeta, Pedhagadhili, Visakhapatnam-40, I issue the following notice to you:
1. My client is the absolute owner of a house property bearing Door No: 18-178, Nirmal Villa, Salipeta, Pedhagadhili, Visakhapatnam-40. That Buddhala Varalakshmi and her husband Buddhala Rama Rao has recently started constructions towards west of the property of my client, without plan and without leaving the setbacks and attempting to encroach into my client’s site, thereby violating the municipal laws. That the said constructions are not only obstructing the free light and the air flow to my client’s house but also affect the privacy of my client’s family members who are residing in the house. Further, the constructions being carried out by them without leaving any space are hazardous and creates any amount of nuisance to my client and his family members.
2. That my client anticipating that your authority will take necessary steps from carrying out illegal constructions has lodged a complaint addressing to you about the illegal constructions. It is unfortunate that although it is a duty of the concerned building inspector to watch all the constructions and immediately stop illegal constructions, my client states that neither your sub-ordinates nor you have initiated any action to stop the illegal constructions though the law provides you to act accordingly.
3. That my client is constrained to approach court and file a suit numbered as O.S. 874/2020, on the file of the Honorable Principal Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, and the Honorable Court is pleased to grant injunction against said Buddhala Varalakshmi and her husband Buddhala Rama Rao vide interim orders in I.A. 396/2020.
4. That my client has immediately got issued a notice to you on[protected], to instruct your officials to immediately remove illegal constructions being carried out by Buddhala Varalakshmi and her husband Buddhala Rama Rao. That you have received the notice on same date, but unfortunately, you have not taken any steps till date. Taking advantage of the fact that you are not taking any action to stop their unlawful constructions, they are continuing with the unlawful constrictions without plan inspite of having knowledge about the injunction granted by the court.
5. My client states that leaving of necessary setbacks is mandatory, and when any person fails to follow the same, it will be the duty of your authority to initiate action, more so when the court has restrained from carrying out illegal constructions, as it is your duty to see that the orders of the court are implemented, and any sort of dereliction of your duty in this regard will make you liable as having disregard towards the courts order.
Therefore, you are hereby called upon through this notice to instruct your officials to immediately remove illegal constructions being carried out by Buddhala Varalakshmi and her husband Buddhala Rama Rao in the property which is described in schedule given below, failing which my client have instructed me to initiate appropriate action against you, thereby you will be made liable for all the consequences and expenses incidental thereto including costs of the notice.

Hi GVMC Team,

We are facing an issue with the dogs as they are barking at nights. Because of which we couldn't able to sleep.
This became a daily routine.

In our locality, the number of street dogs are increasing and they are creating also increasing. Even they are entering into the houses and spreading the garbage from the dustbins on the floor.

Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Unauthorized shops construction in cellar of Swathi enclve besides krishna College 53-17-46 ward no 10 . Our innumerable request to GVMC Even after stay expired in 2017 jan 31st and further there was no extension, still GVMC has not enforce 636 given by GVMC in 2016 December 13th. So many antisocial activities happening infront of shops, ladies and children doesn't have privacy to walk from our premises due to in security, ambulance cannot enter in side our premises in emergency conditions, all 50 flat owners facing parking problem, if any fire happens in shops in day/night time who will be the held responsible . This is really big shame on GVMC who is not acting on our long pending issue. Atleast see our agony and please act .

Dear Sir,
We are staying as a residejt from kast 2 years in utkarsha abodes near bakkannapalem, madhurwada. There are no proper roads from main road to towrds the flats. Almost 4 to 5 apartments are there in the way to our flat, we are facing lot of trobles in rainy season. There is no pucca roads laid by corporation people. Already send a request letter to gvmc team, but no one bothered till now. In rainy season, as it is a mud road water is still in several places formed pits. All we are paying house taxes on time, please consider our problem and solve the issue. Many old people are not able to walk on these roads. Recently we came forward from utkarsha apartments covered the pits with mud and kept twmporary fix, but this will help temporarily. Please lay permanent roads. Thank you in advance

House Repair Debris dumped on road by my neibor and not cleared even after my repeated requests. It is beside government elementary mpp school at kanithi rh colony, viswabrahmin street, vadlapudi, visakhapatnam-530046. In this regard, pig, mosquitoes, and other animals menace occuring. Hence officials are requested to resolve this issue as soon as possible

Dear Sir,

I am writing to you from G.O.s Colony, Isukathota, opposite Sarat Residency located near Akshara Concept School. We have a GVMC dustbin opposite our apartment which is not being emptied regularly. Further, whenever the garbage disposal staff from GVMC arrive, they only empty the dustbin and do not clean the garbage disposed around the bin. The bin itself is too small to handle the daily trash that is being poured into it. Kindly request your assistance and intervention in getting this resolved.

There are lot of street dogs in the locality which is creating trouble to people who walk on roads. Children, women and elders are very scared to step out.

In front of our house there are several 7 leaves trees which are producing lot of pungent smell and it is affecting my wife seriously. Please do the needful to demolish the trees at the earliest.i am ready to plant any other tree suggested by you which is harmless and would take care of it. Heavy issue of street dogs causing safety issue to children

సార్ సుజాతనగర్ టీచర్స్ లేఅవుట్ ( వెంకటాద్రి నగర్ ఆంజనేయస్వామి గుడి దగ్గర) వాసులు రాసుకున్న విన్నపములు.
మా ఏరియాలో రోడ్లు ఏ మాత్రం బాగా లేవు. పూర్తి మట్టి రోడ్లు కావడంవల్ల వర్షం వస్తే వాహన దారులు రోడ్లపై ప్రయాణిస్తూ పడిపోతున్నారు. రోడ్లు ఎర్రమట్టి ఉన్నందువలన కనీసం నడవడానికి కూడా లేని పరిస్థితి ఏర్పడింది. చాలాకాలంగా ఈ ప్రాంతంలో ఉన్న దాదాపు 200 కుటుంబాలు తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్నాయి. రోడ్లు కూడా గతకలతో ఉన్నందువలన మహిళలు చిన్న పిల్లలు కూడా పడిపోతున్నారు. అందువల్ల తమరు దయవుంచి మా రోడ్లను వీలైనంత త్వరగా బాగు చేయిస్తారని, శాశ్వత రోడ్లు మార్చి మా కష్టాలను తీర్చి ఆదుకుంటారని కోరుకుంటున్నాము. అలాగే వీధి లైటు కూడా లేకపోవడం వల్ల రాత్రిపూట పాములు రోడ్ల మీదకు రావడంతో వాహనదారులు ఇబ్బంది పడుతున్నారు. అందువలన రోడ్లు, డ్రైన్లు, విద్యుత్ దీపాల సమస్యలు పరిష్కరిస్తారని కోరుకుంటున్నాం.

Water given by GVMC to every house is not properly saved or they don't have storage facility due to which lot excess water coming from GVMC is being wasted. I have observed that in one house itself lot of water around one tanker capacity of water being wasted.

It is very painful to see wastage of water when many cities don't have proper water to even drink.

Request to kindly take it as a project like putting some cap to every water outlet so that excess water will not wasted..

I am not a person to suggest and I know it's not an easy task for your team as well but I feel like without water there are many people out there.
