I enrolled for Dream Universities and GRE, ILETS prep program on Jan 5 2022.
Till date I havent leveraged any of their services. On January 26 2022, I officially sent them mail to cancel my subscription as I wont be leveraging their services, due to change in plans because of parents ill health and old age.
Their representative has agreed that I have not leveraged any of their services, but still they are not ready to refund my amount.
I want my hard earned Rs. 34000 back. It is a huge amount and it is morally and ethically wrong for them to keep a penny with them, if I am not using any of their services Was this information helpful? |
