Initially they had made false promises that they will help in procuring admission in US universities based on your subject, interest and qualification. I bought the GRE program subscription from GREEdge. Mr. Santosh called me multiple times and told me to buy the program today as the discount will be over in 2 hours. He pressurised me in buying the subscription. After 1 week, without even using any part of the program, I asked for a refund. I told them I can’t write the GRE due to my time constraint. I came in contact with Greedge in November to understand their offerings. Firstly, they called me constantly to enroll for their dream universities program and gave me fake assurances. They asked me to hurry up and enroll otherwise I'll miss out on the deadlines They asked me to pay Rs26000 just for counselling and i have payed the amount to the agreed date.
When I got enrolled, they gave me almost long 5 orientation questionnaire which I spent days and nights filling them to make sure don't delay the process from my side. My requirements were clearly mentioned in the orientation for them to understand which was to complete my applications by dec end. they assigned me a counselor who seemed to have least interest. They had very huge turn around time for each step and although waiting patiently with their process they miserably failed in submitting quality lor's or sop's i have completely redone 95% of the stuff and few essays were not even submitted evnen one day before the deadline where i almost would lose a chance for admission and loss of year.

They took no responsibility of students requirements or profile or their admissions. zero guidance/expertise. During the sales time they informed connect with existing students in my interested universities and visa slot booking would be taken care of and now they denied of looking into such service. atleast expected visa team to do their work diligently and patiently waited with their company for 5 months though experienced worst services, expected visa process would go smooth . but again its a huge disappointment. I've paid hefty amount and just ended up wasting my time and energy filling their almost 15 questionnaires about the SOP LORs and Universities.
I need a refund for such horrible services and false claims and zero effort.
While enrolling the manager gave me 30 calls a day convincing me. And now he doesn't bother to receive my call.

I have paid rs 15000 for combo course of gre and ielts.

1. But not taught by any of the staff based on the time table they provided.
2. No video classes available in the site as specified at the time of consulting for payment of fee.
3. No session of asking doubt.
4. Not following up of students- No interests shown by the staff compared to nesting of people to pay money than to giving knowledge.

Expecting a genuine caoching or refund.

I enrolled for Dream Universities and GRE, ILETS prep program on Jan 5 2022.

Till date I havent leveraged any of their services. On January 26 2022, I officially sent them mail to cancel my subscription as I wont be leveraging their services, due to change in plans because of parents ill health and old age.
Their representative has agreed that I have not leveraged any of their services, but still they are not ready to refund my amount.
I want my hard earned Rs. 34000 back. It is a huge amount and it is morally and ethically wrong for them to keep a penny with them, if I am not using any of their services

I had enrolled for admission and now i want my money back they are not even responding my calls

There was a guy called nitesh who contacted me for the first time about greedge and whatever he mentioned about the course what very good and suited my requirements as i was also working in an office).

1. Once i paid the fees, i got to know that sfa's have a limited time to contact. I was told that i can contact them on sundays, which never happens.

2. I was told that by paying 60k, i will be helped till i reach the university i am aiming for. Which included sop and any kind of guidance with the procedure for 12 Universities.

3. I have put multiple queries to ASFA, their fraud CEO Anand Kannan but even he never responds. It’s a sham and fake company.

4. I was told in the first that if i am not comfortable with initial weeks, i will get refund.

5. It has been almost 2 months now and there is no response from their side. No quality team member ever calls back as they promise to do so.

6. Another member from your team Nitesh, i mentioned all of this to her on a call and she said she needs 3-4 days to get back to me and it has been over 3 weeks now. Neither does she picks up the call. And when i call from another number, they do not pick upon the second ring itself!

And many more, now they have come up with an offer to carry forward my account to some of my friend and refused to provide me with refund and hide mistake on their own side.

I am also asked them for a letter stating their decision to deny my request for refund, even they dint had guts to give me an official letter about it.

I came in contact with Greedge in December end and I want to tell how fake these people have been. Firstly, they called me constantly to enroll for their dream universities program and gave me fake assurances how they will help me achieving the best university in USA. They asked me to hurry up and enroll with them otherwise I'll miss out on the "Jan 30" deadlines ( there were no deadlines as such) infact the deadlines were approaching in just 15 days ie Jan 15. They asked me to pay 26000 rs just for counselling. My mom had clearly told them my budget for post graduation in USA. I was very clear while enrolling about the budget, country, course and they knew I did not have score like IELTS or GRE to apply. The manger said even if you keep the budget of 20 lakhs I'll make sure you get the best university and also the scholarship.
When I got enrolled, they gave me almost long 5 orientation questionnaire which I spent days and nights filling them to make sure don't delay the process from my side. My requirements were clearly mentioned in the orientation for them to understand. they assinged me a counselor who had no experience and was least bothered about things and never even took efforts to even read my orientation form which I filled. She always thought I was a still studying whereas I have completed bachelors degree with the experience of two years. After several calls to her asking about the university deadlines. She informed me the universities within my budget have deadlines by jan15 and said I don't think we can apply because you have no score and documents and said they need atleast 20 days just to start the SOP. and later after constant calls and complains about the deadlines we planned to settle down for the universities having deadlines in Feb. I had given entrance exams by 20 Jan and got good score as well.
I asked them several times in the entire month of Jan to give me the list o[censored]niversities according to my profile where I can apply and are within my budget they handled me the list by end of 29 the Jan. Very few universities were left around 7-10 and had fees above 70 lakhs. I was in a shock. After contacting the quality team and gave them a week to look after this. They with a conclusion that there are no universities left which fits in your budget.
It was completely their responsibility to first check with the students requirements. I had clearly mentioned I want to go for fall intake in USA. They lied about the deadlines and simply gave me fake assurances. I'm so disappointed. I've paid hefty amount and just ended up wasting my time and energy filling their almost 15 questionnaires about the SOP LORs and Universities.
I've asked them for the refund as they have just fooled me. And just wanted my money. They don't receive my calls neither they are reverting back on my text msgs. Wrote several times to the quality they don't respond either.

Greedge uploads only enchanting videos about preparation and planning and how you study abroad. They only provides lure offer like they are giving you a hefty discount. However, in reality they don't do anything. Their counseling is too worst. I enrolled to them during September 2020. Till current date, I was filling only questionnaire about SOP, LOR and other. I have not received any LOR or SOP from the last 4 months. Maximum university of the US and other countries have deadline in the month of November and December, It is a January and still I am waiting for SOP and LOR. Greedge just do good marketing like you are receiving huge discount and others are paying so much as compare to you for counselling and GRE and IELTS preparation. But in a reality, if you visit their website, you will find they are offered 60% or more than that to others. They just throw attractive marketing statements till students get enroll. Once you make a payment as they ask for one stroke payment, you will receive nothing. Even their so called ASFA admission counsellor take 3 - 4 days to reach you and understand your concern, thereafter ASFA do nothing. In short, It is very worst, they just do marketing that they can give admit you in the best of the universities. In my opinion, please don't go with their any exam preparation and admission counselling. You will find waste of the money and time.

GREEDGE is an online educational institute based in Chennai that offer services related to GRE, IELTS/TOEFL and for targeting universities abroad for Masters(MS). They contacted me in December 2019 when I was in my final year of B. Tech and already had a good GRE and IELTS score. They told me about their program that would give me draft Letter Of Recommendations, Statement Of Purpose and identify 15 colleges in Germany and Canada each for applying for a masters in my field of interest (Mechatronics/Robotics). They kept assuring and making promises that with these large list of colleges and their quality LORs and SOP, I will definitely get into a good college. I paid a total of Rs 34299 for this. Then they started showing their real nature. They were very slow with the preparation of LORs and SOP ( so slow that I had to make one LOR by myself and they ended up making just 2 out of the 3 promised ones). They started telling me that it is very difficult to find colleges for my field of interest. But I had informed them of the field even before paying the fee and they kept assuring that they could help me with any field.
After all that, thet finally came up with a list of mere 8 universities( 7 in Germany and just 1 in Canada. Only 4-5 were decent ones in this list and anyone can find these 8 colleges with a simple Google search. Some colleges required knowledge of German language and work experience and I had informed them that I didn't have either before payment) whereas they had promised 15 Universities from germany and 15 from Canada and that was what I had paid for. Then they started saying the same thing that it is very difficult to find and that with my profile I can definitely get into the top ones amongst the 8 colleges they provided.
I applied to all 8 colleges and did not get admitted in even one of them! My friend who had poorer GRE score than me ended up getting in one of the good institutes. All my classmates who saw my LOR and SOP were surprised by the many mistakes in them i.e the way in which it was prepared.
So, it was clear that I won't be able to pursue a Masters this year. I have also lost a good scholarship that I had(about Rs 20, 000 yearly) because there will be a break in my studies. Considering all this, I talked to GREEdge and requested them for a refund (A partial refund atleast). They said that they have a "no refund policy". Almost 2 months after deliberately not giving me a response, making excuses (even including COVID cases) to delay giving me a final solution, they finally told me today the same thing that they have a "no refund policy".
There are lots of online complaints against GREEDGE made by helpless students. They have cheated me off my money and have put me in a tough spot during this COVID times.
They are arrogant and think that no one is going to make them answer for these fraudulent actions.

There was a guy called mallick who contacted me for the first time about greedge and whatever he mentioned about the course what very good and suited my requirements (As i was also working in an office).

Which included sop and any kind of guidance with the procedure but after 2 weeks i got a call from a guy name mohnish who says that i need to pay 40k if i need any other help then just exams. Which was #!

3. Then i tried a lot to connect back to mallick and he stopped picking up my phone and after that neither did i take any lessons or any test for gre edge. (You can go thru all the database you have under my name)

4. I was told in the first that if i am not comfortable with initial weeks, i will get refund. (You can check the call recordings)

5. It has been almost 6 months now and there is no response from your side. No quality team member ever calls back as they promise to do so.

6. Another member from your team preethi, i mentioned all of this to her on a call and she said she needs 3-4 days to get back to me and it has been over 3 months now. Neither does she picks up the call. And when i call from another number, they do pickp on the second ring itself!

Sir I took this course in year 2019 as it was showing 50% discount that time & I called on the support team of Greedge for full description as I was busy with b.tech studies.They told me I can enroll now & start the course whenever I like .I said Ok & enrolled that day as 50% of huge discount.I confirmed them that I will be starting course later so they paused my course & I did not even attend a single day.Now due to this pandemic situation my parents are not allowing to study me abroad so I will not be doing this course.I told them the same but they are not giving any refund.I did not attend a single class but they are saying we have no refund policy .My mother tried to contact them but they are not replying .no calls or messages.please help me to get my refund as I am a student & 7800rs really means alot to me

I paid so much money for the course and they didn't even answer my calls. I used to call 20 times but no one answered. Most of the days they had holidays. God knows when do they work. They are highly unprofessional.working only to take money from clients. I wasted alot of my hard earned money. Please you don't waste your time, money and energy on greedge

I have asked for the refund for the programs i have enrolled for i didn’t receive any refund or any updates from them.

When i ask for the refund they will hell lot of reasons. It’s not possible this that.

While taking money they explain like we provide all the ways possible for the preparation but when it comes to services it totally zero. Totally waste of money..

I took greedge dream combo program in 28000. Before buying the program, everyday i would receive tons of call, asking me to enroll. They said, they would allot a sfa who would be contactable any time. These are all fake and false alert.
I had my first university deadline on 1st of dec, i didn't received my sop before 12:30 am in the last day. Sop received was of very poor quality. They wrote the sop after answering tons of questions.
Finally, i missed my deadline of applying in asu.
I must say they are bunch of frauds, never ever get their service, if at all you are subscribing with them, never ever pay them full money.
Once you try to reach their quality control, everyone vanish all of a sudden.
You will feel hapless and wont be able to contact anyone.

I paid advance fees of rs. 8000/- for ielts module in greedge, and i told your admission counselor that i will start my program in may2018. but now i dont require to give in ielts exam, so i want to refund my paid fees as soon as possible. i already told about my refund to admission counselor but he is not replying me, what kind of behaviour is this from greedge.

Greedge is not a reliable service company. I strongly advice people to not take any services from them. The documents were never given to me within deadline and my mentor hersel[censored]sed to be clueless about any document or progress related to me. On confronting them about delays of more than 3 weeks they either ignored phone calls and messages or give generic answers like 'we are working on it'. Even after such delays their sops etc. Used incorrect information and facts added on their own which were completely false. These people are con artist. Pls spread the word in various social media forums. Save people from their traps

Due to there advertisments and fake calls.it attracted me.they said that the for gre 7000 ielts 7000 i pay total 14000 towards them.in dd process.the sfa s are changed 5 times.they are not responded for many calls.the program is not clear.the are taking pepoles money said that i want to cancel my program. the cancelled my progam at 70 %. they are not giving response and not lifting my phone.to return my money for atleast ielts program i had not yet started..they are playing with student money..pleas help me

Greedge is one such fake organisation that even you'll lose everything by the time you realize it. Here is my take on this.
I had first taken the gre training module which costed me around 7000rs. They said it is 10, 000rs but on adding a discount coupon which is available on during that period (But it lasts year long) you are lucky enough to avail to discount.
Tbh, this service is worth taking only if you are a slow learner and had difficulty with any of the subject.
Then they forced me to take dream universities module, which costed me 21, 000rs. They say they'll allot us sfa's and they will be working for you and they're just a call away.
Later realized that, i cannot contact them directly on phone. Only they can contact me when they need me. They don't reply to the messages on the portal but say that they're always available online.
After taking this service, they'll torture you to fill the questionnaires. Every concern you tell them, they'll raise a questionnaire. You'll only exhausted by filling out them.
They had given the short-listed 6 universities out of which i hardly know 2 of them and are also highly ambitious. They also do not provide exact information needed.
And here comes the sop and lor, which are also included in this module.
They say, it will take around 10-15 days to complete a master sop (You need to fill a questionnaire for this) and from that, for every university you want to apply they'll create a variable sop (And again each questionnaire for each university)
After giving out my questionnaire, i realized i need to change my course. For that they did not agree. And also they gave my sop after 2 months. They'll make you wait till the last minute, which obviously gives you a heart stroke.
The same with the lors too.
I wanted my sfa to change my university list as i had changed my course. She also denied for it. On whole, i learnt that, i wasted 21, 000 rs for handling this #. Not just money, but also lots of time which in return gave me stress.
I wish i could at least get half of my money back : (
I would never recommend greedge. It is a scam..!!!

I got into contact with greedge in the june of 2018 through online ads and friends. The website has multiple packages that a student can choose from to apply and i was instructed to chose a global university package, one of the most expensive ones. I conceded and was told to pay immediately as they claimed it to have an offer. Once the portal opened, after the payment, i was instructed to complete questionnaires to begin the process. All the questionnaires were answered by october as the deadlines for college applications were only 2 months afar. They replied me with the lors by mid december. But the first draft of the sop was not delivered until january 7. With the draft not satisfying i told them to redo it and i was promised to receive the draft by 10. Which instead was sent on 13. The new draft was as bad as the previous draft if not worse. I raised an issue about this, for my application deadline was only three days away. I got a call on 14 from a representative who tried to convince me that their sop was good and that they'd work on it and that this issue was quite common. They wanted to work till the end of the deadline. Since it wasn't convincing enough, i asked for a refund to which i was told that they had no refund policies and that the service can be continued instead of a termination and that i could apply for 2020 for the same payment.

1. Greedge is fraudulent and they barely keep their words.
2. I advise students not to use their online services because you could lose money, time and life.
3. They make sure they stay safe and do not really care about their consumers.
4. Even complaints are not taken seriously.

They never provided me the final documents on time and ultimately i had to make all the documents, for which i had paid them for their so called service. Moral : don't engage with them. They provide poor service in terms of response, content quality (Phrases taken directly from internet inspite of giving them and instructioning them about the exact content required in certain portions), quality of employees.

I ordered gre plus toefl course for one month. Marketing department is there to sue the people around. The very next day when i asked for refund due to some personal reasons... They told they will give refund and despite calling more than twenty times, they told that it will be refunded in 23 days and request has been raised. When i called after 23 days, they blocked my number. I was not able to reach them. Also, i messages md of greedge in facebook, he didn't even reply. Such a bad service company is there to sue the people.

Greedge is a big cheat and waste online platform they will attract you by saying discounts and offers. They will also say that it is specially for you. After taking the course or any program they will give you some material which is useless. They will also display many students marks by which students get attracted but it is just a show-off and nothing else. I have asked them about giving one of the students contacts which they ignored by saying something which make no sense. After gre course they will ask you to join admission program which is a big scam. They will do nothing but cut and paste. The show-off which they do is not true. They are just making money by just saying good words. They show any legal confirmation for there show-off. I would say this is a big fraud company. The webinars they conduct are just to take your contact information to convince you to take any program not to educate us. The information they provide is available online just type and find out. They say that they will help you but they will not instead of it they will push you down. Do not join there any program and do not attend any webinar of them. Don't believe there words they will try to convince you by saying something please.

I wanted to take gre course and went through their site where i've registered myself after which i received a call saying that we'll provide you good option rather than you are doing from your yourself, i tried avoiding them saying that i don't want to take the course now, but they pursued me to take by saying that this is exclusive offer for you. When i said i can't take now they said you can pay advance 1000 and you can purchase the course later where your advance will be considered.

Now when i was trying to buy the course from their site they were not adjusting the advance amount by giving useless logic.
I am asking them for refund that also they are refusing to say we don't refund.

Total rip off. Don't trust them!

I was enrolled for their gre, toefl and admission counselling programs in sep 2017 and can say based on my experience that it is a total rip off.
Toefl - i requested to start a course on the 5th oct. I waited for their call until afternoon and then called them 5–6 times on the 5th, there was no response. Tried to get in touch on the 6th oce…still wwon’t pick up my calls. Finally, i got hold of the receptioned on the 7th and requested to start the course immediately as the days left to the toefl were then 19days and i was enrolled for a 20 days course. So, that means i would have lost a day. Anyways, they didn’t bother and started the course on the 7th evening, after repeated calls on saturday. Then no one was available to mark the task as it was sunday.
I started my rc practices and listening practices, where used to get marked after a week or so.. Not acceptable considering the short time to act on their feed back.
When i finished my first writing task, i had to make repeated calls to marked the task and it took 5 days for them to mark. And out of all the given writing and speaking tasks they could
Mark only 2 tasks before toefl study package was expired. So, overall it was not at all of any use to me, as i did not get any kind of feedback on my practices.

They have this system or tool called, quality bell, where they advertise that they will act of your feedback in a day or two. I left multiple messages and complaints about the situation,
But nothing is resolved. The person called me a day before my toefl exam and asks me to re-schedule the dates and they will extend the package for free and you can not re-schedule the toefl a day prior
To the exam day. So, no solution, lost all my money.

Admission counselling program

A person, called raghvendra, kept following up on joining the program and naively trusted the brand and enrolled for the program after a brief chat with head of the admission counselling department, called darshan.
I did ask him for his suggestion on when i should be taking the exam if i want to meet for 1st dec 2017, universities deadlines. And he said 25th nov is fine and again as naive as i can be i trusted him and booked the test.
Once i was enrolled for the program, the orientation call was arranged promptly, but that was the only thing that was prompt. After that, no deadlines were met for any of the task, university selection, lor, sop and resume review.
Had to follow-up with them for the everything and they would respond after a week. So frustrating.

And when i started following up for the sop and the university selections, they said i can not apply to universities before the 3rd of dec as my awa scores will be unavailable by then. I had booked my gre dates with their guidance and had put full
Trust in them i did not check anything before scheduling my exam and i had mentioned the application deadlines to them prior to enrolling for the program, they still messed it up all and i was left with no choice as i had paid all the money in advance and here
I am not able to apply for two of the universities of my own choice.

Now it's the post gre university selection taks, which was due on the 4th dec 2017 and still have not received the list after repeated attempts to get in touch with them.
Today, is the 12th dec and again i miss out on the universities with application deadline on 15the dec. Again waste of money, energy and left with broken trust.

Gre program -
I must admit, the quant sfa was really helpful but not the verbal sfa. She was unavailable for a week only to learn that she has left the organisation.
So, i wasted a week their.

You want to talk to a concerned person from greedge on the phone?

Well, you can not get hold of them until they also want to talk to you or else they just simply ignore it and you will be waiting for
Their calls / emails forever.

Whenever you want to talk to a person who helped you in enrolments or a sfa or admission counsellor or any person from
The quality department or any one from greedge except the receptionist and you call them and you will always be greeted by the ivr.
I had raised concerns with the quality department, they picked my very first call when they didn't know about the issues
But afterwards neither they picked up my calls nor returned my calls till date. So, it's very hard to get in touch with them.

Please don't waste your money and energy. And don't trust them.

Greedge did nothing but waste my time and efforts. After claiming for a refund for the kind of service provided after two months of long discussions, the manager agreed and committed to return 80% which i was not very happy with because greedge did nothing at all for me.

I was the one making making sops, reviewing it, creating my lors. While starting this service i was promised 8 sops and lors for all the universities. But forget about 8, not even my master sop came from their end. They told me that they would do research and stuff, which is all utter nonsense coz they do nothing. After logging a complaint against them they called me up and asked me to give them one chance which i agreed to coz they gave me so much of hope. I regret at that decision, because it just led to more wastage of time and effort.

I really think that these institutes think customers are fools, so i'll tell you what they did when i said, i don't need any service, i need a refund:

1) called me, pressurized me to accept what they say which is a pure lie.
2) after more than a month's discussion, asked me to give 60% refund along with any future service that i need like visa help and stuff. But since i had completely lost the trust on greedge i denied it and they said they'll come back to me.
3) after 15 days, again came back to me with 50% refund. I was obviously pissed, like what is happening.
4) after a week again came back with 60% refund. This time i asked them you justify their 40% work they are claiming.
5) after 15 day, i get a message from their manager claiming that they would refund 80% and 20% for the administrative charges.
Since i was so tired of this nuissance, i agreed to it.
6) today they called me to say that they got the approval of only 60%.

I am so upset and pissed off. Do these companies really think that customer is a fool. What are they playing here with.
Now all i am looking for is how much rights matter in this country.
If the company can't even abide by the commitments that they make, how do anyone trust any organization?

I have dropped so many messages on that site but no response!!!

1. Never ever go for greedge; they are just into marketing and selling their products with minimal assistance once you are enrolled.

First, they will try to get you enroll in some courses for gre preparation post that they will say; now upgrade to e-class which is just avg online classes, better tutorial classes are available on you-tube for free. (Why not they told about the same in the first go; why they want you to upgrade just to get extra bucks)

3. They will force you to buy the courses/classes and tell you some discount coupon is available, later you will realize that these coupons are available throughout the year.

4. Their large chunk of profit is coming for admission support; where they will play with your insecurities and intimidate you to buy their course so that you can apply for us universities.

5. They would keep calling or keep following you over whatsapp to the level to intimidate you to buy their products.

6. They have fake quora profile too by which they publicize their achievements.

7. They are regularly conducting webinars which are repetitive as well by which half of the time they are interested in getting data such as your name, mobile no and email ids so that in future they can harass you by giving you call to make you buy their products.

8. They are into online courses with minimal assistance but good in playing with students' emotion and will tell gre is online and adaptive so greedge is the only good choice.

If you buy greedge product:

1. Most of the assistance through their sfsa are copy-pasted stuff, without any individual assistance.

2. They will not update their feedback for weeks; you have to remind them, again and again, to get your feedbacks ready.
