Green City Builders — refund of money for non deliverance of flat.

I had filed a claim of rs 6.33, 750/-, vide diary no. 6938 dt. 17.07.2014 for flat no. I - 34 in green city project in. Dharuhra after the builder sh. Jitender chowdhary having gone into solvency. My repeated vusuts to the office if official liquidator in khan market in new delhi has yielded no result. Every time the case was reported to be getting postponed. The next date of hearing is supposed to be on 23.08.2017. May i please be informed that how long it take to get the amount.
