Dear Sir:
This is further to my letter dated 20 June 2009, sent to your good office by speed post # ED[protected]IN. This packet included a copy of all documents to substantiate payments made by the undersigned for a 374 sq yard plot at Agra to Green City Buildtech. A copy of cover letter submitted is attached for your reference.
The letter dispatched included an acknowledgement to confirm receipt of the packet. Unfortunately, the undersigned has not received the return A.D to confirm submission of documentation.
From the website of India post, I observe that the packet was dispatched to your office on 24 June 2009. However, I would request your good office to acknowledge receipt of the documents.
Please confirm the receipt of the documents.

Any Latest update from Economic Offence wing Delhi regarding case against Jeetendra Chaudhary of Green City group.
1. We met Ms Swati. ? Who updated us as follows;
a. Our case No 54 of 2012 is on the official web site of Delhi High Court ie. delhihighcourt.nic.in
B. On 27th July in court the agenda is for Condonation of delayed claims.
C. On 24th August the main case is for the hearing, wherein the court will hear the problems of the OL and lawyers to proceed further.
D. There are 1450 claims in the OL office and there are more being filed.
E. The next stage of the case will be setting up a committee by court/OL to verify the complaints for which all of you will get letters to submit original receipts etc to OL
F. Court will order to OL to finally liquidate the property
G. This procedure will take about 2 - 3 years generally.
2. Next we met Mr. Tiwari Asst to OL
Further info.
A. Jeetender Chowdhary is not cooperating with OL hence land is not demarcated appropriately to intimate a sale.
B. Now it's the courts decision as he is only a facilitator and will work only on courts orders.
C. You should ask your council to convince the court to proceed.
3. The main OL Ojha refused to meet us.
