I have invested Rs.10, 000, 00.00 for a 2BHK flat (F-block, Flat No: 204) in Green India Infra Projects Ltd in 2012.As per agreement, director of GIIPL Mr. Debasis Padhy has agreed to deliver flats within 36 months of payment, but unfortunately even after more than 3 years, builder has not even started the project.
