I have invested Rs.10, 000, 00.00 for a 2BHK flat (F-block, Flat No: 204) in Green India Infra Projects Ltd in 2012.As per agreement, director of GIIPL Mr. Debasis Padhy has agreed to deliver flats within 36 months of payment, but unfortunately even after more than 3 years, builder has not even started the project....

I booked a duplex on 15th august, 2011, City homes, Sijuput, Tamando, Bhubaneswar, of Builder, Green India Infra Projects. Even if full filled all there demands in time. they haven't started construction on my plot. My loan is being approved from HDFC and disbursement due is 31St dec, 2013. yet no work done there a report has been generated by the surveyors of HDFC HMLN....
