I would recommend everyone not to fall prey to the "Pay for 5 sittings and get one free" offer in Green Trends. Their billing software is pathetic and doesn't even keep track of how many sittings you have taken and how many are left.
The number of remaining sittings is scribbled on the bill that is given when you make the initial payment and that's it. No one informed me that I need to "treasure" the bill to claim the service that I have rightfully paid for in advance.
All I can do now is go to the garbage dumping yard to find my bill or simply dream on about how I could have made better use of the 2.5K that I lost.
I am a Software Engineer myself and any Green Trends folks reading this can kindly contact me if you need assistance in finding faults in your billing system. Other retailers (not particularly salons or parlours but clothing and other merchandise retailers) make sure they have good supporting software before offering such discounts and not the "scribbling on the bill" method.
