The entire haircut for shampoo, conditioning costs 770+ gst. But when I don't even take it, they charge me the same. This is not even the right way of charging. This is loot....

I visited Green Trends Beauty Salon, Balagere - Bangalore. The professional assigned to me was completely inexperienced. I went for the eyebrow threading. She completely destroyed the shape of my eyebrow, made it uneven, and when expressed the concern she was laughing at it. Being completely ignorant of her act. I had a very poor experience!!
When raised complaint to the manager - even he did not do much. Very bad experience overall!!!

I am from chennai went to mayiladuthurai for a family function i wanted to do hair cut i thought of choosing branded one as their services will be good and they maintain standard in that way i went to pattamangalam street green trends mayiladuthurai. They asked which hair cut i said full hair layer cut they said it's coming under creative hair cut so we charge 770... You won't believe have done service for 15 mts and they started convincing me i actually don't have a proper idea about layer cut when i trusted them and gave my hair bloody people spoiled my entire hair and there is no layer and no beauty nothing.. I would recommend everyone not to fall prey to the "Pay for 5 sittings and get one free" offer in Green Trends. Their billing software is pathetic and doesn't even keep track of how many sittings you have taken and how many are left. The number of remaining sittings is scribbled on the bill that is given when you make the initial payment and that's it. No one informed me that I need to "treasure" the bill to claim the service that I have...
