I am Resident of Paschim Vihar, Meera Bagh, New Delhi – 110087
I have Paid Near about Rs. 4000/- ( in Advance) in the Month of June 2016 to get MemberShip and Pakage of 25 Shaves & 05 Face Massages as demanded in Your Meera Bagh Branch (Phone No[protected], New Delhi - 110087
Details are Following :
1) Bill No - 5278 - dated - 19 June 2016
2) Bill No - 5279 - dated - 19 June 2016
3) MenberShip Card No[protected]
Hardly I took 5 shaves and 2 Face Massages only ( for which they already took my signature datewise in their Register )
But suddenly without any Information / Notice, They had Shut down (Closed) their Shop / Saloon Since last TWO Months.
I Tried to inquire / contact (about them) at your No. [protected] several times but your this number is not working
Then I tried to find / Contact (about them) in your all other Branches of New Delhi ( i. e. Dwarka, Kirti Nagar, Rajouri Garden and Vikas Puri ) Several times.
But your Dwarka Branch No[protected] and Rajouri Garden Branch No.[protected] is incorrect / wrong Number.
And your Kirti Nagar Branch No[protected] and Vikas Puri Branch No.[protected] is working But they are not Responding me properly.
Even they are not ready to Guide me proper location of their Branches. Everytime they are disconnected the calls with roughly and rudely behaviour (0ne Female Name is SIMRAN from them).
I am not aware about your any policy as it was never discussed to Me and also I have never signed any documents for acceptance of your Terms and Conditions.
So, I want Refund / return back my money of Rs. 4000/- immediately Or want to Provide me all above said Services properly in your another appropriate / comfortable Branches in New Delhi.
Kindly Suggest me that what should I do now ?
Should I go to Police..??
