Mr. Surajit Das, can you please confirm the current status of the project as there is a huge agitation going on now a days. Else, refund my entire amount I have paid as of now at the earliest.
I always do follow up with you over the call, but there is nothing very constructive response from your end till date while I have already paid 2, 88, 000 Rs. by netbanking.
Bhangore is now in daily news for illegal work out there and you don't even give a proper information till yet.

I am very much disappointed from this post you have done. We are regularly talked by phone & mail regarding project progress issue, as you mentioned already here. As per my view, i was already informed you our project progress work by mail on 17/12/2016. Lets check the attachment no.-1. After that, you mention here "there is nothing very constructive response from your end till date". Attachment no.-1 mail copy is a legal proof that is clear that, i was inform you about our work is just now started. Inspite of that, you will not able to 'constructive response'.
Please see the attachment no.-2, there is clearly showing that, you receive the mail & reply me with thanks on 19/12/2017. So, if you are not getting any 'constructive response' from me, so why you will reply me like that. Then on 09/02/2017, you mail me "Can I expect any updated on the progress of the development work and the status of the requisite handover, so that I can go ahead & get ready for registration after paying the due amount. There is no update from your end since a long span of time". How did you say that, you are not getting any updated from long time ? You told here you need your money back. But in this dated mail, you told us you are get ready for registration after paying the due amount. There is 2 different type of meaning are showing. And next day on 10/02/2017 i reply you, i will inform you, next work started soon. Please see. Inspite of that, you will not able to 'constructive response'.
Please see the attachment no.-3, there is clearly showing that, on 17/02/2017 again i mail you & given updated status. Please see. Day by day i was reply you as basis of information come to me & after your every reply i was given information to you. Inspite of that, you will not able to 'constructive response'.
Please let me know, what is called 'constructive response' ?
For your kind of information, as you mentioned here the incident of illegal work out at Bhangore, South 24 Parganas. But our Project is in Rajarhat, North 24 Parganas, Kolkata-700135. We are not interested in the other matters/illegal work out in other area.
Last you mentioned, "refund my entire amount Rs.2, 88, 000/- I have paid as of now at the earliest". In that cases, i hope may be it not require to cancel your plot & refund issue. Why you worried about the progress. You can get your plot within your Possession time. Don't Worry. Otherwise you read your Agreement Refund option & contact us.
