I have purchased 10 katha lands from abovementioned Company. They have given a catchy name of their project as "Amrita Village". All payment were made long ago. As per contract, they are supposed to give me possession by 2017. After that 5 years have passed. They couldn't do any development of the land. Hence they couldn't give me possession.

Please advise whether my hard earned money would be looted like this!...

I have paid the total amount for the plot and possession date was december 2017 as per agreement letter. Till date they have not started the project yet and they are asking me to register the land. Well i have a doubt, without possession how can the land without any demarcation be registered in my name? What grantee is there that after registration i will get the plot of land?

What should i do? Should i file a civil case or...

I booked a plot for Amrita Village on January 2017 and gave 50, 000 INR to Green view villa on the condition, that they will be providing detail paper for my plot and upon unsatisfactory result (searching or suggestion from lawyer) they will refund my full amount.

When I received all the documents and I took suggestion from one lawyer, he suggested me not to buy the plot. I asked full refund from Green view villa pvt Ltd, but...

Mr. Surajit Das, can you please confirm the current status of the project as there is a huge agitation going on now a days. Else, refund my entire amount I have paid as of now at the earliest.
I always do follow up with you over the call, but there is nothing very constructive response from your end till date while I have already paid 2, 88, 000 Rs. by netbanking.
