[Resolved]  Green Wealth Estates — Green wealth estates fraud, cheating, forgery

I bought 1 plot (750Sq. ft.) in keerapakkam village area through a staff Mr.Srinivasan for 8.25 lakhs & i paid 3.5 lakhs in initial and got registered. Now im paying the balance amount in EMI withought interest. It is a good scheme for middle classs people like me, I dont have any issues with them until now.

While purchasing time they promised (free registration, Patta & EC). The given commitment was done for me by free of cost. I received my xerox copy of original document, also given original 20 rupees mutual agreement copy to me.

Also the representative Mr.Srinivasan is collecting EMI on monthly basis with proper receipt copy.

Sorry for the complaint. I am very much stress for the delayed happen. Now they discussed about their business point of problem. Dear Mr. Baskar, sorry for the complaint. I am very sorry if I hurt you.

Please remove the complaint.

Even am frustrated much on there service.No proper response from there employees.I made an agreement it is been 3 months not yet done registration.No proper communication.Very delayed service and making customer mush frustrated on them.

I am frustrated, and I feel there is no ethics in their business, and employees are so irresponsible, If you want to do biz with them, please be aware of these.

My request to green wealth is, please do business with ethics, and make sure customer is satisfied. Please try not to dis satisfy customer, which is most important for any biz, most importantly in real estate, otherwise sustainability will be big task

I bought 2 plots in keerapakkam through a staff named marshall for 13 lakhs i paid 7 lakhs in initial and got registered. Now im paying the balance amount in EMI withought interest. It is a good scheme, I dont have any issues with them until now

I bought 2 plots in Arani in Apr 2012 and while registering they have registered the wrong plot which belongs to some one else and ive been walking to their office in chrompet very frequently and they are not giving proper response and they are delaying in registering my plot its almost 4 years now. Its making me frustrated and they are not bothering to pick the call. Called Ashok, Basker, Rajavel no proper response. They are giving wrong commitment and its giving mental stress for me. Ive paid the full cost of the land they are not giving my money back nor registering the plot in my name.

Waste of time...People don't go site visit. If you don't buy..They will collect cash for cab.and Don't pay any advance they will not refund...very bad service from Mr.Baskaran (Green wealth estate )..totally waste of time.

I had similar experience. They collected the token advance of Rs 2000 with returnable basis if decide not to buy due price deal or document issue. for me, price did not work. I have been calling for for 3 months. Nothing happens. I am happy I did not deal with them further. Karthic

Green Wealth Estates should be rightly called as Red Wealth (Blood Sucking), They have sold plots even after a civil case is pending before the Chengalpet Court, for one of the properties in Thailavaram village, Chengalpet, Kanchipuram district. O.S. 219/2015
And I happen to be one of the owners of the land. I have filed a case against my blood brother (U Nayaz Ali) who is working for HCL Technologies in Integrated Service Delivery Department as technical specialist, Sholinganalur branch in building no 4, who has cheated me and my mother of our property and sold the land through Green Wealth Estates.
36 families have been affected due to this fraud and most of them are laborers
They not only cheat buyers but also the owners, quiet astonishing.
Please don't have any kind of relationship with them.

I have completed my land registration at kolappakm - vandalur successfully after a lot of struggles.Initially i don't have faith in them which made me more frustrated.But finally they made me successful.
Special thanks to Raja and Raj who had helped me a lot to achieve this.

I bought 50:50 offer 1 plot (750Sq. ft.) (plot no. 171) in keerapakkam village area through a staff Mr.Srinivasan for 8.25 lakhs & i paid 3.5 lakhs in initial and got registered. The balance was paying EMI basis, at last i paid my total outstanding amount of Rs. 1, 40, 000/- cash to Mr. Rajavel (MD of Tambaram branch) on Jan'2018 and the pre-closure was done.

He given assurance as will return the original document within one week, because the document is in safety locker. So i have believed and paid the cash on Jan'18 itself. Almost six month gone not yet handover-ed my original document.

Daily i'm calling his mobile around 10 - 12 times, but not picking the call & not even told within this time will handover the document and all.

I'm totally frustrated about this person, Please don't buy a plot from Green wealth estate. They never giving proper answer to attend the call.

Hello sir, I also book one land in Thirunandur and paid the entire amount. But they still not registered the land. So I filled the police complaint.

Red Alert... 360 DEGREE FRAUD

Dear Friends

Now another case in Chrompet Police Station against Real Estate Fraud Haribut Kanniyappan Haribut Santosh. Beware and don't pay even a Rupee for booking plots. The accused Haribut Kanniyappan is now operating from office of Green Wealth Estates after closing his office, changing numbers and firing the old staffs. He has cheated customers even from there.

Iam happy that my facebook post about GREEN VALLEY FOUNDATIONS frauds and money looting in the business of Plots selling has helped others too.

People dream to own House and this Fraud Rascal exploiting them to make money and create personal wealth from the customers money. He did not spare even Handicapped people. He is a hardcore criminal animal. He has even cheated Cab owners, Telecallers and even a watchman. I have seen housekeeping staffs made to run around for salary. Shame inning that he won't even pay for newspapers and Flowers. For now I'm remaining silent on Sexual abuse of female staffs. In a nutshell it is "360 DEGREE FRAUD"

He has been managing to stay Scot free with a strong nexus with Police. I have done my part already to expose the corrupted Inspector who has been transferred.

All is well after the new Inspector took charge. File cases without fear under Section 420, 406 and 506 of The Indian Penal Code and ask for Remand and not settlement. Contact me on [protected] for any help. The new Inspector Mr. Chandramohan is a very clean and honest person who goes in spirit of law with empathy, and I owe instant gratification to him.

I reiterate beware and don't pay even a Rupee for booking plots.

However I would like to clarify that Green Wealth Estates Managing Director and all of their staffs were of moral support to me personally, as a Friend, despite their association with the Fraud Haribut Kanniyappan, for unknown reasons. I owe gratification to each and every one of them, but I cannot be tolerant on Green Valley Foundations, till the arrest of Haribut Kanniyappan in the interest of Public. OVER TO INSPECTOR CHANDRAMOHAN to crack this 360 DEGREE FRAUD
