Green wealth estate manager dhivakar and marketing guy - ramji show me one land on last october 2019. I like that land so i have given 10000 rupees and i am getting the documents from green wealth estate and started the legal checks... I have asked cmda approval documents for legal checks. But they didn't give the cmda approval documents...
After some days later they have asked me to see another plot but i don't...

We (26 buyers) all bought plot in thailavaram, opp to srm, from green wealth, but that property was in case.. After buy it oly we receive notice from court.. We struggled for 4 yrs bcoz of these issues, still we didnt get any solution from green wealth. Even we gave police complaint also. We lost money, land and people lives also. Pls dont believe them.. Be aware. We all affected physically and mentally. We didnt have peace in lives bcoz...

Now another case in chrompet police station against real estate fraud haribut kanniyappan haribut santosh. Beware and don't pay even a rupee for booking plots. The accused haribut kanniyappan is now operating from office of green wealth estates after closing his office, changing numbers and firing the old staffs. He has cheated customers even from there.

We booked a plot at Guduvanchey-Potheri Abi Krishna avenue on june 12’2015 paying 10, 000Rs as booking advance and paid 240000 immediately after one week as confirmation advance.We waited for almost 2 months but still no progress with them for land registration .

We dont want to wait even more, we asked for refund.
